The whole experience felt pampering and soothing, even the extractions (yes, you read that right!). My one teeny tiny wish is that I would have loved more explanation as she went along about the products and steps being used. I would have happily splurged on skincare to take home if I had known what was on my face. That said, my skin was absolutely glowing when I left. It felt refreshed, hydrated, and just happy. Dehydration is usually my main issue, and this facial hit the reset button. Other little details I appreciated were the super convenient parking structure across the street. That's always a plus especially in Old Town Pasadena. Bottom line: if you are into self-care and skincare, this is your spot. I will definitely be back for another facial, maybe even to try a different treatment next time.
