Medium brown hair color

I have been coming here for quite some time now and while every hair stylist is amazing, Luz always does my hair so beautifully! She is always so kind and knows exactly what I want. The owner Nina is the sweetest too ! I'm ready for the fall now with my new hair color !

My hair has felt really dull lately (I haven't dyed it for about a year) and decided to call and walk in Hair Perfect. I chose a nutmeg color and I was very pleased with Talin's work! I'm glad I opted to get a blow dry after because the color really popped and she was able to train my bangs. As you can see in the photo, I would just wear a clip everyday. Nina's salon was very clean and I especially like the hair wash bowl that provided neck support. Great experience overall! Thank you.

I suffered chemical burns on my scalp. I don't know what chemical they used for hair coloring but it is definitely not good. I'm not going back to this place.

Hi everybody, I just came back from my - highlights, deep conditioning, cut and brushing- at Hair Perfect, and I am more than happy with everything ! The hair salon doesn't look too bougie, but the service was really nice. Arpine took great care of me, she was so gentle !! She attentively listened to me and made my hair look exactly like the photo I showed her. And I thank her so much for all her good advise and the very nice time I had chatting with her. I unfortunately didn't take a picture of my hair before but here is one of the after ! I recommend this salon and plan to go back there again !

My hair before the cut

Asked for long layers and showed photos and she just cut my hair completely short and it doesn't looked combined and flowy it just looked like chopped sections. Especially my face framing pieces My hair was very long when I came in and now it's a little below my shoulders:( I just wanted my layers redone that I already had. They're nice, but their technique is very wrong. Not only that, but they cover you with a clear plastic bag when they cut ur hair and after there was hair all over my shoulders. I had been to this salon a year ago to get the same cut and I loved it, but I learned that it's under a new owner and they remodeled. Explains why I'm upset with my hair cut.

I took an appointment for a Groupon -Haircut, Style, Deep Condition, and Optional Full Color or Highlights at Hair Perfect (Up to 56% Off) - Haircut, Style, Deep Condition, and Full ColorHair Perfect Purchased on May 16, 2021 for $61. I have black, curly, short hair -above-the-shoulder hair. The appointment was taken on Monday for a slot on Thursday morning 9.30 am 1. When I arrived at the salon, there was no one at reception. A lady, who later said was a stylist asked me if I had an appointment since the owner had not informed her about an appointment and the other stylist was busy 2. She asked me what I wanted to get done, I informed her about group on. My hair is black, she asked me what hair color I was looking to get my hair done, I informed Mahogany brown and she said that nothing can be done with black hair unless it's bleached. this is the first time I heard such a thing, as I had got Mahogany brown color for my hair before. And then she just ignored me . 3. I asked her again that I have a Groupon for a hair cut, deep conditioning, and hair color. Who will be servicing me. Her name started with an O, I didn't catch it, but she seemed totally disinterested in servicing me. 4. Finally she said, she will and I sat on the chair at her station and then she asked to relook at my Groupon and said that the group price was very low,no one does all these services at such a low price. the color bottle itself cost $20 . I said why to sell a Groupon if you are not going to service it, it's false advertising. She said she will check with the owner and then she cribbed to the owner on the phone that I have black hair and want my hair to be colored black and for this price it's not possible. Then the owner said that they cannot service me and will refund the Groupon 5. I came back home and contacted Groupon to get the voucher refunded. I wasted 2 hours of my time , If the business should not provide a discount if they cannot service it, also at least honor the appointment and be available and have courteous staff, who knows how to talk to customers. People buy Groupon because it supposes to be a good deal, not because they are poor and should not be treated as one by your staff . Train your staff to treat people with respect. The worst part of my experience was how the staff treated me without any respect, there is a better way to explain to a person if you wanted to charge them more and you just use Groupon as bait to get them to your shop. I will never recommend this business to anyone

This place is perfect for me! I did make an appointment, even if it wasn't needed. I was hoping to be seen soon, the owner made sure to keep me updated on how long this whole thing would take. I appreciate an owner who runs a business all while making customers feel welcomed. He set me up with someone to wash my hair and then I got sent over to Ani. I love the "team player" feel here. They try to get you in and out efficiently! I'm so happy to find a place where you can just walk in. I'm terrible at making appointment and do everything last minute. If you are like me and LOVE to get deals all while getting great service, then I found a place for you! Ani did an amazing job. She works very fast and knew exactly what I wanted. I got so many compliments on my hair. She gave me that - VA-VOOM that my hair needed! Thanks Ani!

I asked the lady to fade my hair all the way up and this is the result. She took a 1 and went all around my head and now it looks like an egg. She pushed so hard that my skin turned red. Worst hair cut ever!

I found the haircut deep condition and color packet on Groupon and I have to say this is probably Groupon deal I have ever received. Rose was so kind, attentive, patient, and detailed. She asked for my opinion every step along the way. She went to the back room for three times just to make sure she mixed the color I like. She make sure she is sure how I like my cut and ask me before she does anything. She is so sweet, kind, and amazing. Really didn't expect this. This is the best expletive I can ever asked for. Def will go back to Rose. The gentleman that did the checkout who I forgot to ask his name was very nice as well.

The girl who was supposed to do my waxing was already in a rush, rushing me when I got in there and was presenting with attitude. She had a bracelet on that kept rubbing my eyelid when she was working on my eyebrows, and I had verbalized to her in a nice manner originally, but she was having attitude already at me and basically being pretty rough when it comes to removing the wax. And then she missed a few spot and when I pointed out that she missed a spot, she was giving me attitude while telling me to lie down and then when I got back up after she was done and told me that she was done, she looked at me and was like what are you doing? I still need to put cream on you. And suddenly I feel gaslit because she was the one who told me to get up and then she followed that by asking if we have any problems because I am making her feel very uncomfortable here while giving me attitude. When really I haven't really verbalized anything and I have barely verbalized my concern about the eyelid and that's basically because her bracelet keeps touching my eyelid because it dingles down. The front desk lady have said that she tends to have attitude for whoever is last on her list and I find a very unfair that they book her as my cosmetologist if they know that that's the issue. If they're going to hire employees are representing their company I sure hope that they evaluate their personality and their customer service aspect because that is the most important when it comes to these kind of role and if they're not happy and don't wanna work here, they really shouldn't take additional clients or they shouldn't have the job here. As someone who works in a place of customer service, I always make sure that I don't bring my personal opinions or emotions in. This whole experience made me feel kind of uncomfortable and also feeling like I don't really want to come back and make an appointment with that person ever again. By the end of the session after she gave me the mirror I told her she had missed a few spot. I mean, there were clearly hair in those area, and she clearly was very upset by me pointing at things that I'm just merely pointing out at as anyone would and she is just showing her bad mood and the environment that didn't need that. And after this time, she was done, she not only did not let me check in the mirror. She also told me that I am good to go. I am very uncomfortable I am very disappointed with my experience and I don't wish that on anyone. When I finally got to my car, I noticed not only a few spots but many spot that she missed and I can't really even walk in because I'm kind of scared and worried to really deal with her and I honestly don't want her to ever service me ever again . And I hope that nobody becomes her victim because that is just some rough waxing services watching someone having a resting bitch face and attitude the whole time when really I just want to come here to be vulnerable and did nothing wrong.

The vibe was a little awkward though, since my servicer didn't really talk to me, but that could also be personal preference. I like when conversation happens because it makes me less nervous and has me feel less awkward. I also didn't like how to only way to really book another session for "cheap" was by buying a package and the packages were pretty pricey. You also had to pay almost in full if not half the package price when checking out if you opted for it. I also felt a little pressured into buying stuff from their little shop since my waxer was watching me and explaining everything to me and I felt awkward saying no. Again, just a personal thing, I'm a little awkward when it comes to that lol. I'm not going back, but just because I found a different place that had cheaper prices and a different vibe that fit what I was looking for.
