She made me feel comfortable and provided me with extensive advice on how to more forward with the damage that was left. She even took a minute to show me how I should brush my hair to prevent further damage. Moreover, not only was she knowledgeable, but she was sincere and realistic. My haircut looks great because it was perfectly cut and styled by Jackie of Salon V. Right at the very second she met me at the reception area, she took me in with care and pleasantries. Most people who work in this customer-service industry, sound "fake" and "put-on" to get some tips, but Jackie sincerely showed her interest in giving me the best service. She is friendly, polite, and compassionate. Plus, her talent and skill in hair apparently showed in the haircut that she did for me. I love the result and it was Jackie who created that look. TerryAnn is amazing! I'd promised my 13 year old daughter she could get highlights after she'd gone through lots of health challenges. She was beyond excited but the first hair salon we went to was a nightmare and instead of blond highlights my daughter came out with brassy stripes. Needless to say she was crying. We then went to Salon V to get her hair fixed. TerryAnn saved the day, fixed my daughters hair so beautifully and so naturally with stunning highlights that we had originally hoped for. I live in Easton and I have passed the Salon V sign a thousand times not really knowing where it was. In need of a dye job fast and my usual hair stylist was out of town I quickly called an got an appointment with Christina based on a friend's suggestion. First off, the salon is beautiful and very unexpected as it is tucked behind a building. All the stylists are nice and very accommodating. Christina took the time to really look at my hair and try and match it to the color I was used to. Not only did Christina dye it to the color I wanted she also took a lot of the red my hair was picking up that I said I could never get rid of. Yet she did!!!! Terry did a tremendous job on my color. Blonde is so hard to do well and make it look natural, but she did. She listened to what I said and gave me exactly what I was looking for - natural highlights that grow out seamlessly, such that I can extend my visits. I then trusted her to highlight my teen daughter's hair, who I had been reluctant to have done. She gave her an age appropriate look that is so natural. She and I are thrilled. Fantastic salon. I've been going here for years and every visit has been great, whether for a haircut and blow dry or an updo for a black tie event at the Plaza in NYC. My daughter had hair and makeup for the wedding party when she got married and every looked spectacular -- and they did hair and makeup for 12 women with no stress and finished early so everyone had plenty of time for getting dressed and pictures. Salon is very clean and trendy. Staff is very friendly and offered beverages upon arrival. My stylist, Mia Diaz, recently moved to this salon and I followed her. I've been going to Mia for over 3 years. She attends many classes and is up to date with the latest styles and products. Got a haircut from Crystal about a month ago and I love it. I'm a busy mom and don't have a lot of time to style my hair, so she gave me an amazing cut which is super low-maintenance but looks styled even when I just let it air dry.
