They will do your make up for a special event, for girls going to Prom it's a great place to have your hair and make up done. They do blow outs if you are going for a special occasion. Patty the owner colored my hair, and did a great job. Rich was happy to help me decide on the cut and discussed different options. He did an amazing job. What I thought would be a long procedure only took about an hour and a half. The staff is very friendly and solicitous. I have already recommended this salon to my friends. I will go back when it is time for touch ups and another cut. I was very happy when I got home. My husband was excited to see the new me and made for a wonderful weekend. I got many compliments on my new look. I look forward to my next visit.

The stylist repeatedly, aggressively/rudely downplayed the hair loss and severely layered my hair, even though I had said layers were going to make my already thinning hair appear worse. It has been a disaster to try to now grow out this cut that makes absolutely NO SENSE for my hair. Her rudeness and obstinate refusal to take the thinning issue into consideration were highly unprofessional. All the stylists there seem to be somewhat friendly, but are all lacking skill in cutting and communicating with clients. One seems angry all the time. Never again. Saratoga Springs...we were a Submariner Navy family for 23 years) so we had been use to spending well over $250 just for my hair alone and that was just for my color (before tip). Let's just say she's under that for MY hair color. And yes she's under that for my daughter's as well. Now I do go and see her once a week for a blow out (it's my little splurge) but it's not that expensive considering how freaking much they are HERE. It's $25 for a wash and blow out and an awesome therapy session. She has become one of my closest friends. It's extremely hard to make friends here in Fairfield, dudes. Just sayin. You try coming from being a military wife that had a very open mind, and come into Fairfield about 110 pounds heavier than I am now...seizure meds and other medical issues makes one lose a crap ton of weight in about a year and yet? Sam has always just been SAM. I love going every Saturday morning, as does my daughter, dudes, she would rather not sleep in! She wants to come in and see Sam and tell her about her week!
