She explained to me before doing anything to my hair, what she was going to do, who was going to wash it, how many minutes I need the color in for, and what to expect after it is blown out (yes she did blow dry my hair). After everything was all set and done, she asked me if she could take pictures of my hair color and post it on social media (obv. I said of course). My hair looked awesome. I was introduced to Erin and she evaluated the condition of my hair and made valid suggestions. I agreed with her assessment and we got down to business.
