It has been a disaster to try to now grow out this cut that makes absolutely NO SENSE for my hair. Her rudeness and obstinate refusal to take the thinning issue into consideration were highly unprofessional. All the stylists there seem to be somewhat friendly, but are all lacking skill in cutting and communicating with clients. One seems angry all the time. Never again.
