I have curly hair and asked for some layers to help improve the shape but keep the length. I waited 40 minutes and when he finally got to me, he started cutting haphazardly, grabbing handfuls of hair and chopping them off, saying "This is dead, this dead, this is dead" as he did it. I am not exaggerating when I say I lost 5 inches of hair, and even worse, the right side was about 2 inches shorter than the left when he was finished. Was he having a bad day? Who knows?! I would never go back and it has taken me a year to be able to trust anyone with my hair after this horrible experience.

I highly recommend Danielle because she can match any picture of a style and make it work for your hair type. She's very honest and extremely talented. Keep up the good work girl!

Her rudeness and obstinate refusal to take the thinning issue into consideration were highly unprofessional.
