I waited 40 minutes and when he finally got to me, he started cutting haphazardly, grabbing handfuls of hair and chopping them off, saying "This is dead, this dead, this is dead" as he did it. I am not exaggerating when I say I lost 5 inches of hair, and even worse, the right side was about 2 inches shorter than the left when he was finished. Was he having a bad day? Who knows?! I would never go back and it has taken me a year to be able to trust anyone with my hair after this horrible experience.
