worse hair salon experience EVER!!!! avoid this place if you want to save your hair from falling out. Reza is a phony and terrible manager as he only cares about Money and not the customers satisfaction!!! if they screw up they will NOTTTTT reimburse you for their mistake!!!!!!!!!!! if i could give 0 reviews i would absolutely give it to this place. do not spend your money here on poor quality hair dressers and poor customer service. i asked to get a balyage and a suttle blonde color and i ended up with 3 different hair colors (orange , yellow & white) as the person was blow drying my hair she began to say "ohh its lighter than i thought." my heart started fluttering as i saw 3 different hair colors. i had multiple streaks on my hair and my entire family and friends thought it was poor quality coloring from there part. the hair dresser then states "oh i can fix it as i had to come back later that day. when i came back later on that same day she washed my hair and started the process again to get rid of the ywllow and orange. she then blew dried my hair againnnnnnnnnn.... i still came out with orange hair. if i could warn everyone about this place. becareful. i expressed my my experience with the manager reza and he proceced to state that i would not be able to get my money back due to someone elses mistake. read more

Sara is a gem! I swear she must have a magic wand in her smock! She's fantastic with color. You name it, she can do it. She always fits me in and never makes me feel like she's rushing. She brings a new meaning to multitasking and she makes it look effortless. I've been a customer for years and now consider her a friend as well. She's professional, incredibly talented, friendly & knows how to run a smooth ship. The salon is clean and comfortable. The massage chairs during your shampoo are such an added treat. Hair products are top shelve. Everyone working there is friendly and make you feel at home during your time there. I'd never dream of going anywhere else. Happily a customer for life. read more
