Sarah and her team do an incredible job every time I come in for my highlights and trim. They are so quick and efficient :) Takes only 1.5 hours max and I have a lot of hair! They also make sure you are comfortable, offering you something to drink and make sure you know how to hook up to the fast wifi. The worst blowout ever! Brushes were dirty, my hair looked like it had been electrocuted and I couldn't say anything because I was afraid I would leave without any hair. Never again. Hard to believe that there's no good place for a blowout- where they understand how to care for hair. My stylist didn't even know what products to use! Stay away. Do your own hair. read more

I have been a loyal customer to Sara for over 5 years now! She is the absolute best hairdresser I've ever been to, and with my long, thick, curly hair there has been a lot! She is meticulous with her work and has provided color correction services, full head of highlights, olplex hair treatment, volumious blow dry, trims, hairstyling and gorgeous makeup application throughout the years. She has always exceeded my expectations and is very quick, I am usually in and out of the salon in under an hour and a half for a full head, toner and olplex treatment. The Greenwich and Riverside locations are both beautiful and up to date with all Covid precautions. I love the abundant parking at the Riverside location. All of the staff are exceptional and always make the customers feel welcome. I have recommended Sara for years to family and friends, they all love her. I called in the morning of to see if they had any availability for me. They had a last minute cancellation and were able to get me in for a balayage and cut. I usually get highlights so this was a new and exciting experience for me. I'm a natural blonde and struggle sometimes to find a salon that can provide me with a natural looking blonde that compliments the natural tone i have. Sarah was able to achieve a beautiful baby blonde balayage on my hair, as well as performed a stunning long layer cut. I'm honestly super pleased with my results. I have mixed reviews. First, I disagree with them following Covid protocols here as most people were unmasked or only wearing masks when they saw I walked in. High level of unprofessionalism, one stylist wearing his underwear showing out of his jeans, one woman greeting me talking about rabies and tetanus shots. Many people talking about traumatic life events. To me a salon is where you should go to feel relaxed and pampered not listening to conversations about people's illnesses and unfortunate life events. I understand that if a client starts the dialogue there's not much you can do but try and keep the conversation minimal. My stylist also kept wanting to change my part and hairstyle and by cutting it post Keratin I'm worried it looks choppy. I didn't get the cut as short as I wanted because she said it would look better the way it was. Kept trying to sell me products over and over. Used a lot of language like baby and child to me. Overall I think the keratin treatment went well and the pricing is not bad it just was not a pleasant 2 hours. It was a surprise to me because I have been to GTS on Lafayette Court 2x and really liked it. This Riverside experience was not the same. read more

I love Greenwich Top Salon! This 2nd location in Riverside is very clean and large and the staff is very friendly and professional. Sara recently did a Hair Botox treatment on my hair that I highlight frequently and it feels so soft and silky! I wanted to cut my hair but I'm so glad I didn't and it looks better than ever. I've also had keratin treatments and this is similar (conditioning treatment) but this really exceeded my expectations on how soft and healthy my hair looks. I also get my hair glazed by Sara and she always knows how to remove the brassiness from my hair and it always looks like a natural ash blonde that I love. The color always lasts beautifully.
