Amidst my calls, I receive an automated email that my 12:45 appointment has been cancelled. This is extremely poor client management. What's particularly absurd is that this would have been my first time getting a haircut here. I guess the business is doing so well they don't need to convert new customers to regulars. I'll be sure to spread the word to my entire network. This is a good reminder to not trust a retail shop whose last review is over 1 year old.

I'm a natural blonde and struggle sometimes to find a salon that can provide me with a natural looking blonde that compliments the natural tone i have. Sarah was able to achieve a beautiful baby blonde balayage on my hair, as well as performed a stunning long layer cut. I'm honestly super pleased with my results. It's always clean, well taken care of, and they offer you a variety of goodies like water, wine, coffee or hot cocoa when you arrive. It's situated on a busier road within Harbor Point. Parking can be sometimes tougher right outside the business, but there's still plenty of parking all around the establishment including a free parking garage. To make it even better - if you're not looking to get your hair done, you can still use any of their other services like massages, or other beautician services such as nails and waxes.
