She took the time to really look at my skin tone and natural hair color, and then chose the perfect blend of color and highlights to complement my complexion. You can tell she takes pride in her work and has a genuine artistic sense when it comes to selecting the right tones. She also surprised me and added a glaze conditioner during the rinse, which noticeably made my hair soft and silky for weeks afterward! I stumbled onto this gem of a salon on Groupon for a balayage with glaze and couldn't be happier! Upon entering the salon I was impressed - it is beautifully decorated with warm colors and a modern appeal. You can see there was close attention paid to detail in both the decor and the salon layout - And I immediately felt at home. My stylist Francesca warmly greeted me and we just clicked. She is this bright, bubbly big ray of sunshine and both our consultation and conversation immediately put me at ease. Oh, and also... she's GREAT at her job! When all was said and done, my hair was better than the pictures I showed her, and better than I could have imagined! She NAILED it!
