This was my second time getting a haircut here, and I'm so happy to say that I always walk out this salon feeling happy and confident about my hair! I called about 2 hours before closing and inquired for a last minute haircut appointment and Pamela was kind enough to take me in. She was very welcoming once I got to the salon and gave me time to thoroughly explain what haircut I was looking for: a style fitting for my natural wavy hair, evening out my curtain bangs where it looks good with both middle and side part, face framing layers, keep long layers, but trim at least 2-3 inches. As everyone was clearing out the salon, Pamela took her time, did not rush at all, which made me feel welcomed and comfortable. I felt so bad for coming in last minute but she provided a luxury service that was well worth it! I'm so happy I came back to this salon and received exactly what I asked for!
