They have like 3 total employees working at any time and the place is almost always very empty but they require reservations and are very strict about it. Pedicures aren't anything special. The owners are extremely pretentious. See their reviews here and google. I've never seen such reviews and then responses by the owners to customers. They have a lot of "rules" and choose to not accept customers for all sorts of random reasons, but they're not high end at all and it's ocean city. One time we were there, a customer got into a heated disagreement with them and left. I don't know the reason but should have taken that as a sign. It seems to be their MO.

I had a gel manicure and basic/"Classic" pedicure at Aria nails on a rainy day in the off-season. I…read morewas the only customer in the shop the entire time (and there was only one technician as well). Positive aspects: 1. There were endless polish colors to choose from. The technician brought me two books and a "wheel" of colors, and you could tell the polish was fresh. 2. The shop is VERY clean, from the floors to the tools. The technician used a plastic liner in the pedicure tub as well. 3. My technician was cordial, efficient, and knew what she was doing. And she even gave me three layers of the gel polish, which is not standard in most salons. 4. It's been a week+ since my mani/pedi and the polish still looks flawless. I've done all my usual housework, cooking, keyboarding, etc. No chips, scratches, etc. 5. I thought the prices were reasonable, and I like that Aria can take Venmo as a payment method. Two things that I did not care for: I was in-and-out of the salon in an hour. In my experience, a gel manicure alone takes at least 45 minutes. Yes, this is the efficient part, but it was jarring to have the mani/pedi finish up SO FAST. It made me feel rushed and not as relaxed as I would have liked. While the salon is clean, it's oddly messy/disorganized. There are random boxes, towels, and other stuff scattered around the salon. This may not matter to some people, but a little tidying up would help.

The online booking system is convenient, but multiple times I scheduled appointments specifically with Mike (who is great!), only to arrive and be assigned to someone else. On top of that, my gel nails began peeling and cracking within a week when another tech did them, which should not happen with quality work. To avoid further issues, I booked my appointment days in advance and only with Mike as selected tech and even called the morning of to confirm both the time and that Mike would be available. Despite doing everything correctly on my end, I arrived 7 mins early for my 4:45 appointment only to find the salon already behind schedule with walk-ins. I was then told Mike would not be available until 5:30 -- 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. The owner, Ivy, eventually called me back 5 mins later and suggested I return later or have another technician come from their Millville location. Unfortunately, after already leaving work early and driving there, that was not a realistic solution. I understand that unexpected delays happen, but repeatedly prioritizing walk-ins over scheduled appointments is frustrating and unprofessional. The inconsistency in both customer service and nail quality has made it difficult for me to continue supporting this salon.

When you first walk in, the salon does feel somewhat factory‑like with many stations, but the staff was surprisingly attentive. I came in for an acrylic fill, and they took the time to explain a different technique they use. It's still acrylic, just not the traditional powder method, and I appreciated how thoughtful they were about my cuticles and the length, since they had grown out quite a bit. They also made sure the shape worked well with the condition my nails were in. The entire experience was very pleasant, right down to the hot hand towels. Overall, it was a surprisingly great experience.

Also, I paid extra for reflexology but I'm afraid I received a massage instead. Not sure anyone is certified in pressure points but oh well. Finally, I asked for round-shaped nails and got square with rounded edges. Needless to say, I will not return to this sort of factory salon experience where your requests are ignored. It feels sterile and price-point oriented not customer-centered.

The staff was polite, but unfortunately, the service didn't meet my expectations. There were only two technicians working on four customers , my husband MIL,SIL and myself, so the appointments felt rushed. My pedicure wasn't very thorough even for others the soles of our feet were barely scrubbed, leaving rough areas that I expected would be smoothed out. My husband also noticed several hanging pieces of dead skin around his nails that weren't trimmed or cleaned up, making the finished pedicure look incomplete. The technician happily did it again. I understand they were busy, but I would have preferred more attention to detail, especially for the price of $370 which doesn't even include tip, I expected a bit better experience. With more time spent on each customer, this salon has the potential to provide a much better experience because the cleanliness and atmosphere are already there. Just wished they were more thorough and more techs.

However, the manicure I got was really subpar. I got it yesterday and it's chipping today. It's gel which typically lasts two weeks. I think it was just a young, inexperienced manicurist. I asked SEVERAL times if they do boys' haircuts and was told several times that they absolutely do. The girl who cut his hair, Laura, reassured me over and over that she does boys' cuts "all the time" but yet did not know what a skin fade was. I should have stopped her right then and there and taken him elsewhere but gave her the benefit of the doubt. I had to stand over her the entire time trying to get her to even out his hair and she kept switching tools literally every 10 seconds from straight razor to scissors to clippers with guard to smaller clippers etc etc. It was very clear she did not know how to do a boys cut from the beginning. All she had to say when we walked in and asked if they do boys hair was "no I'm sorry we really don't" and I would have thanked them and gone elsewhere. Don't say you can do a certain cut if you very obviously have absolutely no idea what you are doing. She did not shave any of the hairs on his neck and still had long hairs over his ears. I am completely in shock at how this can even happen at an establishment. I am so upset and the worst part is that they charged $25 for what should have been a 5 minute cut! She didn't even have to touch the top because we are growing it out!! Now I have to try and get him to his regular barber the night before school starts when we get home from vacation and pray they are able to fix this mess. I am hurt that someone has no issue doing this instead or just being honest. Please don't make the same mistake I did. I wrote this review to save the next boy from getting a botched up hair cut. The picture doesn't even fully show how uneven and not faded it is. It looks even worse in person!! My poor little guy
