My nails had recently experienced some trauma and it turns out the gel was coming up because two nails had split. I booked same day and was very happy with the experience. The mani room is clean and peaceful. She did a pretty good job considering she had to cut two of my nails farther back than expected once the polish came off and we could see what was going on. I will definitely keep this spot in mind next time I am in town and want pampering.

He yelled at me about not coming early enough for parking. My appt was 2:15 and I arrived 2:10 and circled the avenue twice looking for parking. I came in around 2:17 because I parked in the hotel parking lot to come in to talk to them to ensure my appt wouldn't be canceled while I find parking. He ask me , "WHY DIDNT YOU PLAN FOR THE PARKING?" how the heck can I plan for parking? I asked if I should have arrived 5am because that's the only time I could think of that I would be sure to get parking. You guys have a spa that is in a hotel but the spa guests can't use the parking space.. Maybe that's what you need to worry about Mr John or use that loud mouth of yours to push for a parking area for spa guests. 1other time I came and couldn't find parking and the receptionist arranged for me to park in the hotel parking lot. I did not know that was a 1 time situation, but thanks to BIG J's scolding, I now know. It was strange telling a grown man not to speak to me that way and stop attacking me as if he knew me personally. His response was, 'Well you don't know me either.' Bruh, well that's my point. I am a customer to you, spending hundreds of dollars for your service even brought my family there. Don't treat me like an enemy you have a vendetta against. I won't be going back there as long as John is there.. Disappointed

Stacey made my massage experience not only relaxing, but also healing. Kait paid such close attention to detail with my pedicure that I left with feet that felt pampered and young again. The front desk staff not only knew their job really well, but also greeted us cheerfully and had some amazing water for us. Who knew that cinnamon, apples, and cranberries made drinking water an experience! Everyone helped us celebrate not only two milestone birthdays, but also a milestone in a health journey. It's the off season so there's plenty of parking on the street outside the hotel. We did the sauna first - it was so cute and there was just enough space for two! They had robes to wear before the sauna then little button up towels to put on while in the sauna. We stayed in for 22 minutes; temp got to 130. Then we had phenomenal 80 minute massages from Carolyn and Alyce - each did a phenomenal job! We had some specific therapeutic and relaxation needs. They individualized and left us so relaxed! After the massages we enjoyed the fruit infused water, cheese/crackers, and little dove chocolates! The spa had relaxing music that could be heard in the sauna, changing room, relaxation area, and massage rooms. It also smelled so nice - and the bathroom had a lovely fragrance as well and yummy smelling hand soap and lotion. Will definitely be back - maybe tomorrow!

When I arrived, I was greeted at the door, and Leslie was waiting for me at the bowl to start my pedicure. She offered me a glass of wine and began my pedicure. I got a French manicure on my feet and it is beautiful. She really did a nice job. Next she did my manicure. I was originally going to get Joe like I always get but decided to try something different. I ended up getting what is similar to acrylics, but they use gel and a shorter than stiletto almond tip. When she was finished, she suggested adding chrome and said that it would be so pretty. I've never had chrome she added, and it was beautiful. I want to suggest that everyone go see Leslie, but I'm sure that everyone does well too. I will be back. This is my new favorite place.
