Only 1 other person waiting. She did do everything that you would normally get but massage my feet, maybe 10 rubs each and 10-15 on the calves, blah. They did break open a box of scents, scrubs, and lotions, which did do a great job refreshing my feet. Towels were hot but not scorching like some I've had. I'll probably go back but I believe were they really shine is with there nails and manicures. Many ladies we know go there. 2 hours later and my feet do feel soft.lol.

When you first walk in, the salon does feel somewhat factory‑like with many stations, but the staff was surprisingly attentive. I came in for an acrylic fill, and they took the time to explain a different technique they use. It's still acrylic, just not the traditional powder method, and I appreciated how thoughtful they were about my cuticles and the length, since they had grown out quite a bit. They also made sure the shape worked well with the condition my nails were in. The entire experience was very pleasant, right down to the hot hand towels. Overall, it was a surprisingly great experience.

Also, I paid extra for reflexology but I'm afraid I received a massage instead. Not sure anyone is certified in pressure points but oh well. Finally, I asked for round-shaped nails and got square with rounded edges. Needless to say, I will not return to this sort of factory salon experience where your requests are ignored. It feels sterile and price-point oriented not customer-centered.

There was apparently a huge language barrier, and the woman doing my nails was not understanding what i was saying. I told her I wanted to keep them stiletto shaped, just a bit shorter. She cut them down a little, and it seemed like it was going to be fine. And somehow I ended up with all the gel off and my natural nails are incredibly short, flimsy and splitting. I have to start all over now... I started crying in the chair once I realized because I was shocked. I said "too short" and she just kept saying something like "yes, long beautiful"... like what????
