It's so funny because no one argued with anyone! Lol! No one changed their polish either lol! We all came in knowing exactly what color we wanted because we keep ourselves up regularly. So, are you lying for the owner, right now?
My two sisters and I paid for services that we did not receive after the owner LIED three times.
1. Told us that he would do a pedicure for $32 dollars, then when it was time to pay, told us it was $45 dollars. He also said that he would do two fills and a full set for 35 dollars each and decided to up charge my sister to $45 dollars when my younger sister decided not to get her full set. We paid without issue or argument because we have class. By the way, no one said anything about $22 dollars lol nor was there a $22 dollar upcharge added to our bill for anything lol!
2. The owner put Acrylic on my nails when I specifically asked him did he do builder gel manicures. That's not nail polish. Its a new skill with different product that does not require additional plastic nails to be added. It's not my fault that he is not familiar with the new and changing styles, but it is his fault that he ruined my nails by saying that it WAS Builder gel and continuing to place Acrylic over my nails. I personally did not argue over that because I have the funds to fix the issue. The point again, is that the owner lied.
3. The owner said he was a professional. All but 3 of my nails are crooked. I'll be more than happy to show them to you. Stating that he was a professional nail artist and NEVER asked me what shape i wanted, but ruining the square coffin shape that I had. He painted our nails worst than a kindergartener. I had more nail polish on my cuticles, that he didnt cut, than I did on my nails. Same with my younger sister on her toes and my older sister on her hands which is why she told the owner, after messing up her toes, that he couldn't paint her actual finger nails. It's because he's does sloppy work. And she did it very politely, I might add by simply saying, " Can I have her paint my nails? I like when ladies paint my nails." Very small request. No one was loud. No one argued. Your money was given without a fuss and we left knowing that we wasted our money. We are all educated women. Classy women. And I'm so sorry that you don't have any experience with women of this caliber.
If there was an extra fee for more services, such as cuticle removal on my hands, then the owner should have informed me. I would have gladly paid for it. And you may feel my nails. As I stated they are all uneven, crooked, and bumpy from the cheap nail polish that was use. Not to mention he ruined the shape of my nails also. I'm sorry but it's facts.
We will NEVER ruin your reputation. The owner will do that himself. People pay good money for quality service. The owner just does not have quality service. The people will come to see this is very true, indeed. Good luck and God Bless. I am a business owner myself and I know what it's like to have unsatisfied customers. The owner could see our dissatisfaction on our faces and looked stressed out. Did he mention the $5 dollar tip i gave him? I gave him that because he looked defeated. And he seemed really disappointed with himself and his work. Regardless of whether he did horribly or not, the owner did try and I appreciate effort. That still doesn't negate the fact that he destroyed my nails and now I will have to pay twice as much to correct the issue. Go on YouTube and look up some of the new styles because no matter how "nice" a building looks, people will always remember the quality of the service they asked for. And we just didn't receive quality work
People deserve to know that. read more
