Never again!!!!..and plus when you go in there it's super duper packed and it seemed like it was a whole daycare in there packed full of kids and babies....i don't think I'm going back based on them crazy prices. But other than that everything else was ok they offer you cold drink and stuff. So will i recommend this place...no if you want reasonable prices.

Every visit, I was given a different explanation as to why the service could not be done. One employee specifically told me that my lash removal would be free because of the inconvenience and because the state inspector was in the building. However, I was turned away again. Today, I finally had the lash removal done. I spoke directly with the owner about the inconsistent information, the repeated trips, and what her employee had promised. Unfortunately, the owner dismissed my concerns and showed no interest in resolving the issue or acknowledging the poor customer service I experienced. I understand that misunderstandings can happen, but I expect clear communication and professionalism, especially as a returning customer. I hope the salon improves how it communicates with customers and handles concerns in the future.

I get my nails done every two weeks in CA so I wasn't sure what to expect in Salisbury. I was so pleasantly surprised.
