Walked in at 520pm and was asked what I would like done. I told them we would like to get our kids…read morehair cut. I was then informed that they closed at 5pm and that we could make an appointment for the next day. I mentioned to them that online stated they close at 7. Upon walking out, their sign for the hours posted outside the business also stated they closed at 7. We decided to go to another hair place who happily took my kids and cut their hair. Around 630 we went back over near where this salon is to get ice cream, and wouldn't you know they were still open and people getting their hair done. But we were told they closed at 5. If you dont want to cut children's hair, dont offer those services. Mind you, my children are 6 & 7 and know how to sit still while getting their hair cut! Ill never go back to this place. The tension i felt upon walking in was so uncomfortable. Turning away paying customers and lying on top of it is ridiculous. Why let us 1. Walk in 2. Ask what services we need if you're already "closed"? I guess the other customers were bigger payouts than 2 kids haircuts

She had been chatting with the stylist beforehand via messenger sending pictures of what she wanted. Once she arrived the stylist said "that will take to long i cant do that, but i can do highlights....wellll that is what we booked for so cool. Once my daughter's hair was washed we saw the problem. Her hair was GREY with black splotches all through it. We asked for blonde highlights and she ended up with white/grey hair and black splotches all over her head. The root smudge was not done with a brush but done by rubbing the smudge on her fingers and just rubbing into her hair, which was then all over my daughters head and never cleaned up...The root smudge was BLACK, not even close to what it should have been...We had to go to another Salon who said they cant even fix the HORRIBLE job for 6-8 weeks. On top of this, we have called twice and no manager has ever contacted me... PLEASE SHOP AROUND and find a salon who has stylists who knows what they are doing.

The service is consistently excellent regardless of who I see. I have color and cuts done every few weeks. I've had massages and pedicures. I'd highly recommend their services. Being in Florida the last few months trying to find a hair stylist and salon reminds me what a good thing I have with Designer's Edge. I've not found a stylist that compares to my regular stylist at Designer's Edge.
