They left my toe nails uneven and then the paint job was actually terrible. I had pieces hanging off my toes and it was so streaky. When they moved us to the drying area I showed my friend how bad my toes looked and they came over to ask if everything was okay. I told them honestly no I'm not satisfied and they pulled me to the back. They didn't remove the nail polish and just painted over top the mistakes and did not attempt to fix how crooked my toe nails are. Her hair was GREY with black splotches all through it. We asked for blonde highlights and she ended up with white/grey hair and black splotches all over her head. The root smudge was not done with a brush but done by rubbing the smudge on her fingers and just rubbing into her hair, which was then all over my daughters head and never cleaned up...The root smudge was BLACK, not even close to what it should have been...We had to go to another Salon who said they cant even fix the HORRIBLE job for 6-8 weeks. On top of this, we have called twice and no manager has ever contacted me... PLEASE SHOP AROUND and find a salon who has stylists who knows what they are doing.

Every visit, I was given a different explanation as to why the service could not be done. One employee specifically told me that my lash removal would be free because of the inconvenience and because the state inspector was in the building. However, I was turned away again. Today, I finally had the lash removal done. I spoke directly with the owner about the inconsistent information, the repeated trips, and what her employee had promised. Unfortunately, the owner dismissed my concerns and showed no interest in resolving the issue or acknowledging the poor customer service I experienced. I understand that misunderstandings can happen, but I expect clear communication and professionalism, especially as a returning customer. I hope the salon improves how it communicates with customers and handles concerns in the future.
