Every visit, I was given a different explanation as to why the service could not be done. One employee specifically told me that my lash removal would be free because of the inconvenience and because the state inspector was in the building. However, I was turned away again. Today, I finally had the lash removal done. I spoke directly with the owner about the inconsistent information, the repeated trips, and what her employee had promised. Unfortunately, the owner dismissed my concerns and showed no interest in resolving the issue or acknowledging the poor customer service I experienced. I understand that misunderstandings can happen, but I expect clear communication and professionalism, especially as a returning customer. I hope the salon improves how it communicates with customers and handles concerns in the future.

There was apparently a huge language barrier, and the woman doing my nails was not understanding what i was saying. I told her I wanted to keep them stiletto shaped, just a bit shorter. She cut them down a little, and it seemed like it was going to be fine. And somehow I ended up with all the gel off and my natural nails are incredibly short, flimsy and splitting. I have to start all over now... I started crying in the chair once I realized because I was shocked. I said "too short" and she just kept saying something like "yes, long beautiful"... like what????
