Recommend parking in the paid lot on Ferdinand for $2/hour if you're there on a weekday or Saturday. Sunday, I try to street park for free as there's usually a few back in spots near the paid lot. I was skeptical going in the time of COVID but my back was killing me and I couldn't put it off anymore. I workout a lot and my body was in need of some TLC. I booked my first appointment with Rachel and I have been back every month since I first started! Rachel is the best in getting out all of the kinks and applies the perfect pressure. In result of working from home since March, my posture and back were suffering. Rachel focuses on what you want her to focus on and gives recommendations on what to do outside of the massage to keep your body going strong and to eventually see some improvements. I've been listening to her recommendations and I already feel 10x better than I did before I started coming. She's a miracle worker! Just got completely ripped off…read more Went in there tonight as a walk-in looking for an hour massage. She woman said she could only do half an hour, which I agreed to. I gave her $40 (she requested pre-payment), which now I realize is a red flag. She rubbed my back and my legs for maybe 15 mins and then her next client walked in. She said she had to move to her next client. And when I asked for half my money back, she said she didn't have money (which obviously she had the money I just gave her). She gave me $5 back and I left. I've been to many foot massage places and don't expect to have the red carpet rolled out. But this was TERRIBLE customer service. She should not have agreed to take me if she had a customer coming in. And then she absolutely should have refunded me half my money. Won't be going back here again. The 6 other places I've gone to in Seattle are way better for the same amount of money. Ugh

I would give zero stars if this app allowed me to do so…read more Last February, my daughter went to see Michele Fuerst, DC, bringing along an X-ray she had been advised to have taken. After the adjustment Michele did, our daughter experienced several terrifying, severe symptoms. She became constantly nauseated and had to force down any food she consumed. She could not sleep AT ALL, so she saw a doctor to obtain sleeping pills. The dosage prescribed did nothing, so she felt she had not choice but to increase the dose from two pills to four and then six in order to get just a few hours of sleep during the night. She had a constant sensation that fluid was filling her skull but could not drain. She also had severe, regular headaches. Her legs went numb. She became suicidally depressed. When our daughter called Michele to report what she was experiencing, this practitioner told her that she could not help over the phone. Our daughter would have to come in again. Let me ask you, though: Would you return to any doctor who had hurt you so badly? We all felt over here that returning could be catastrophic, so our daughter did not go back. Instead, our daughter learned of Scott Rosa, DC, in NY, also an atlas orthogonal chiropractor, but world renowned, and we made arrangements for her to be seen by him. Getting an appointment took about two months, though, so we had to wait. Had our daughter not had our loving daily support and encouragement, as well as the knowledge that arrangements for her relief were in the works, I think she would have killed herself. February, March and April were a horrible time for our family. Dr. Rosa PROPERLY adjusted our daughter last spring, taking brain scans as well as X-rays both before and after adjusting her, then asked us to stay in NY for an additional four days so that he could check to be sure his adjustment was holding. It was, and it has continued to hold for the eight months or so since that first visit. Nevertheless, we have returned twice, just to be sure everything is all right. Our visits to Rosa, plus to the doctor who prescribed the sleep medication and the medicine itself have cost us approximately $11,000 -- all to correct the adjustment that Michele Fuerst provided last February. Thank goodness our daughter was able to wean herself off the sleeping pills, a slow process that took about six months. I am writing this review, which will also appear on Google, to warn you about this frighteningly dangerous chiropractor, and this review comes from someone who has seen and relied on chiropractors for over 30 years. Some have been good, some have been bad. This one is the absolute worst I have ever encountered, and I thank our lucky stars that our family was able to correct the damage Dr. Michele Fuerst did to our daughter. As far as all that money is concerned, it's just gone, but our daughter's health matters FAR more to us, and we would spend every penny we have to help her. I imagine Michele Fuerst will not be reimbursing us. Anyway, STAY AWAY! Consider yourself warned!!!

She was very attune with what I needed and I have been seeing her since she took over Revive at the end of 2022.
