Enzo did not demonstrate accountability for mis communication and mis interpretation. My son was going to go to see Enzo for a confirmed appointment, he is very knowledgeable in the proper way to text as most teens are. I will not recommend this salon based on their unprofessional behavior and based a lack of taking accountability that we experienced. If you cannot take that ownership for business interactions via an ambiguous scheduling platform and work to respectfully mad things right, than how can you represent you will take ownership of people's hair.

It was my first dying experience and I think Robert took that to heart and wanted to let me take baby steps with my hair, after all, you can always go lighter if you want!
