I went in and no one was there and the place was pretty grim- dirty and unorganized and with old fixtures. I should have walked out, but I was desperate for a haircut before a trip and had no time to book somewhere else. The same young man who had been outside smoking came in and he was my "stylist!" He was a nice young man and he washed my hair and proceeded to cut it based on a photo I showed him of a medium length lob. It was a little poufy when he was done, but looked okay. I was shocked at how little he charged me- about half what I would have paid anywhere else. However, after I've washed it myself and tried to style it, I have come to realize that it was a pretty poor cut overall. I won't go back and could not recommend it unless you have a very limited budget.

While the blowout service was good, I was disappointed to learn that they were out of the glossing treatment when I arrived on a Saturday. What made this especially frustrating was that the product was still available for purchase for at-home use, so I was surprised that the salon didn't have enough inventory to offer the treatment itself. If you're planning to book a specific service, it may be worth calling ahead to confirm availability. Overall, the experience was decent, but the lack of availability for a service I was excited to try was disappointing.

Made an "appointment" (I now understand this is a loose term here) checkin online for 11:20 and showed up to the location at 11:10. Two men were there ahead of me and the stylist acknowledged my check in but took the men first who had not checked in online. Ok, I get it that guys cuts are shorter but not honoring a check in time is just a little suspect to me. Also proceeded to chit chat with every customer she knew and the other stylist who was working on another client, when she finished she just went into the back despite having three of us sitting there. Ok taking a break maybe? Fine. At 11:45 I still wasn't in the chair. Had somewhere I had to be so I just left. I'm understanding that it was a Saturday, and it's a Supercuts at that, but just get rid of the online check in if you're not going to honor it.
