Unfortunately, there was some disorganization surrounding the appointment. Sabara started late without proactive communication, and I ultimately had to text her a reminder that I was waiting. She texts back starting to reschedule, I text back to confirm, but then she calls asking if I'm still free. That did not sit well with me. I was also disappointed by how some of my preliminary questions were handled. When I asked about the general techniques Dr. Zeidler uses to address implant malposition/pocket support, I was told those questions would need to be addressed during the paid consultation, almost immediately, without any offer to provide further detail in email. I understand that my specific treatment plan requires an examination, but I was asking these questions specifically to determine whether the practice's approach was potentially compatible with my needs before investing additional time and money. When asked about a way to send photos using a HIPPA compliant method (after I schedule the second consult), since email is unsecured, Sabara said they have a HIPPA compliant email and to send it through there.... The preliminary price range Saba gave me, approx. $15,000-$30,000, also felt unusually broad and did not give me much confidence given what former patients actually say. I was hopeful with this office, and with Dr. Zeidler in particular. The non-medical staff we interact with is a reflection of the overall business, and with Saba's tenure with Aesthetx, without the timeliness, accuracy nor helpfulness to answer baseline questions is disappointing. I visited the clinic and had my first pallet injection 2.5 years ago. I have to say the doc was nice and seemed quite knowledgeable. I was injected with both testerosrone and estrogen. Two weeks after that my skin started to become rough and more hairs grew out of my thigh and arms and even knees felt very rough. There are some area that hairs seems to want to grow out but didn't and those areas have small bumps like chicken skin bumps. my skin got much worse. The blood test later showed my testosterone was 281 which is way higher than normal. I later watched many videos and some recommended testerostrone level 50. No more than 100. I called in and schedule an appt but the doctor checked and said this is a normal level and it was due to my skin problem and asked me to see a dermatologist. I never visited this clinic after that. Now 2.5 years later I still have some unwanted hairs and more hairs on my arms and thigh than before. I regretted taking the pallets. Once it's in your body you can't take it out and the effect is long lasting.
