Words cannot adequately describe how elated I am with my results! Dr. Zeidler is a master at her skill and I would highly recommend her for your body transformation. I had a fat transfer and breast augmentation with a lift performed by Dr Zeidler. I now have a body that I am proud of and I walk with more confidence than I had even when I was in my 20's (I'm in my mid 40's now) so that's saying something! Backstory: After a botched surgery 15 years ago I was ultimately left deformed and ashamed of my breasts. Within the two years following that procedure, I suffered through multiple failed attempts to fix what had been done. I finally decided to allow my body time to heal and grappled with the idea that I may never be happy with my breasts again. Several years later and multiple rejections from surgeons who were not confident with the risks of taking me on as a patient, I sought the expertise of Dr. Zeidler. She came highly recommended by her peers - one of which even stated "I can't help you but Dr. Zeidler specializes in difficult cases like yours, and she is the only surgeon I would recommend for your case."Given that kind of confidence from a surgeon, I had hope that Dr. Zeidler could help me feel beautiful and love my body again. She did; even more so than I had anticipated. My choice to have Dr. Zeidler take a stab (no pun intended) at fixing me was one the best decisions I've made for myself. Throughout my process, I was always met with friendly staff who were eager to accommodate my requests and address any concerns I had about the procedures. read more

I had an initial free consult with Sabara before deciding whether to proceed with a $350 consultation with Dr. Zeidler. I've had previous surgeries, and with this being a revision, it's paramount that I find an office that's honest, professional, and well-equipped in an industry where it's hard-pressed to find. Unfortunately, there was some disorganization surrounding the appointment. Sabara started late without proactive communication, and I ultimately had to text her a reminder that I was waiting. She texts back starting to reschedule, I text back to confirm, but then she calls asking if I'm still free. That did not sit well with me. I was also disappointed by how some of my preliminary questions were handled. When I asked about the general techniques Dr. Zeidler uses to address implant malposition/pocket support, I was told those questions would need to be addressed during the paid consultation, almost immediately, without any offer to provide further detail in email. I understand that my specific treatment plan requires an examination, but I was asking these questions specifically to determine whether the practice's approach was potentially compatible with my needs before investing additional time and money. When asked about a way to send photos using a HIPPA compliant method (after I schedule the second consult), since email is unsecured, Sabara said they have a HIPPA compliant email and to send it through there.... The preliminary price range Saba gave me, approx. $15,000-$30,000, also felt unusually broad and did not give me much confidence given what former patients actually say. I was hopeful with this office, and with Dr. Zeidler in particular. The non-medical staff we interact with is a reflection of the overall business, and with Saba's tenure with Aesthetx, without the timeliness, accuracy nor helpfulness to answer baseline questions is disappointing. I've learned from my mistakes in the past from choosing to overlook staff unprofessionalism and unhelpfulness which is what led to my unfortunate need for more than one revision. I'm quite bummed. read more

I went in for a refresh on my lip fillers with Dr. Hausauer and I was very very unhappy with the results. Before adding more I opted to dissolve a little bit of migration on my top lip. It was so minor and hardly noticeable, but I figured before adding more it'd be best to get it perfect. I loved the shape of my lips before I went to her, I explained to her what I wanted and I even showed her pictures of how my lips looked when I first got the filler. Very subtle and natural. A couple weeks after getting it dissolved I went back for the fillers and they came out horrible. Almost looked like a beak at the center. So she dissolved some and said to go back in a week or two to add more. When she added more there was a huge lump under my lip and my lips looked exaggeratedly big. Unnatural, duck looking lips. I was flabbergasted as I had shown her time and time again what I wanted, I didn't understand how it got to that. I called in a couple days after as I noticed the bump immediately and one of the receptionist, Christina I believe, wasn't empathetic and gave me an appointment at the end of the week. At this point the bump was bothering me to talk so I became concerned and went elsewhere to ensure it wasn't anything concerning to my health. The nurse at the place I went to advised me there was superficial filler and she could see it. I went back to Dr.Hausauer at the end of the week and I asked her to dissolve it all. She alleged she did, but the bump wasn't fully gone. I went back the following week again to dissolve more, but it still wasn't gone. She kept doing a little bit at a time, injecting every week. I started this process in May and it is now September. I felt I couldn't trust her anymore because how did she mess up my lips so bad? And kept injecting me every week instead of getting it over with at one time. I asked for a full refund and they sent me an agreement where it said they'd give me a refund if I signed a promise not to sue. I refused to sign it because I shouldn't have to when they messed up my lips so bad. They gave me a refund without having to sign it. I went to a different place and she let me know there was still filler and the bump was still there, smaller but there. So now I had to pay to dissolve something that wasn't my fault. I loved how my lips looked before and now I hate it. I've had to start over with my lips and I regret going to her. I would give this zero stars if possible and I do not recommend going here. read more

I've been a longtime client of Aesthetx, and it's about time I share a review. I've always had great experiences here, but I especially want to highlight Elaina. I've seen her for Clear + Brilliant, microneedling, and Botox/Daxxify, and she's consistently incredible. Elaina is attentive, gentle, and genuinely caring, always taking the time to explain every step and make sure I'm comfortable. The results are natural, fresh skin, and exactly what I hoped for. Can't recommend her highly enough! read more

From the first interaction with this office, and every follow up interaction after (and I had many questions!), the staff was prompt, attentive, and helpful. I always felt seen and heard and cared for by each person I spoke with or saw. Professional and compassionate through and through! Dr. Z is a rare person. She is as skilled as she is empathetic. I wish I had come to her years ago. Thank you for honoring my body, my story, and my hopes. Your careful work has given me exactly what my heart desired. Words aren't enough! Thank you so very much! read more

What a truly amazing experience I had with Dr. Zeidler and the whole surgical team at Aesthetx! I went in to have breast augmentation done using the Motiva implant and the Preserve technique. I am thrilled that I chose to use the Preserve technique because it is a less invasive surgery, much shorter recovery time, no pain and all around much better experience than traditional implant surgery. I have had implants twice before and encapsulated twice. I really believe that with using the Motiva implants and the Preserve technique, that I will be capsular contracture free this time around! High praise to everyone at Aesthetx and with my whole experience!!! AH read more

I can't say enough good things about the team at Aesthetx! I've had the pleasure of seeing Elaina for a while now, and she is amazing. She's so easy to talk to--truly approachable and nonjudgmental. She is always happy to share recommendations on the products they offer but she is never pushy, which I really appreciate. Recently, I had a treatment with Helen, and she was fantastic. She's great at walking you through any discomfort during the process while still being incredibly effective. The care and attention she provides ensure excellent results, and I felt so comfortable in her hands. I've also spoken with Dr. H and had a procedure done by Dr. Z, and they've both been wonderful. The entire team is professional, kind, and focused on creating a great experience. If you're considering any treatments, you're in excellent hands here! read more

I cannot speak highly enough of Dr. Zeidler and her team. I've been a loyal patient for several years now, and over that time, I've entrusted them with five different procedures--each one handled with exceptional care, precision, and artistry. From my very first consultation with Dr. Z I felt seen, heard and fully informed. Her ability to listen and understand not just what I wanted but what would be best and most natural is what truly sets her apart. The staff is equally incredibly responsive, warm and caring. I have had incredible results. Not to mention Dr. Z and her staff are at the forefront of the latest technology. If you're looking for a surgeon with all of these qualities and amazing staff, look no further. read more

As a 45-year-old tech exec, I never thought I'd be saying this, but Brotox is real and GiGi is the only one I trust with it. I tried another provider once and the results were flat-out disappointing. GiGi gets it. She's precise, honest, and knows how to keep things natural and low-key. No frozen faces, no hard sell. Just subtle, clean results that keep me looking sharp, rested, and confident in high-pressure rooms. She's professional, skilled, and real. Now she's my go-to. No one else touches my face. read more

I was a hesitant recruit for laser treatments (I have historically stood by bangs being a bit more economical) but after seeing the glassy glows with a few close friends, I booked with Helen. I am now a full convert. She combines clinical-level precision with an artist's eye, tailoring treatments through protocol and obsessively thoughtful care. She's discreet, professional, and has the most beautiful work. read more

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Aesthetx. The team is as talented and thoughtful as they are compassionate and kind. From major surgery to facials, I have complete trust and confidence in these amazing women and I'm so thankful I found this office. I've been seeing Elaina for years and I'm always so impressed by the time she takes to really understand my concerns and needs. She just gets it. She cares so much for her patients and her work and really, really listens. I absolutely love her and recommend her to EVERYONE. After some pretty scary health challenges in the middle of Covid, Dr. Zeidler made me whole again. I can't imagine having a better surgeon and surgical team. (Including Gigi who always made me feel like I had a friend in the room who would be super honest with me). When I was sick and scared, Dr. Z and the team made me feel like everything would be okay. My physical and mental health have improved dramatically because Dr.Z is a perfectionist who deeply cares about patient outcomes. Bonus, the office is beautiful and super clean. And who doesn't love a doctor's office that's obsessed with being clean?! The front desk team is equally phenomenal- they're so helpful with scheduling, reminders, and following up. The office uses a text message system so it's impossible to miss an appointment and you can always get in touch with someone. I also love that the staff is constantly learning. They're always doing trainings and proactively seeking continued education, so they're leveraging the latest science in their technique and with the products they use. Seriously cannot recommend Aesthex enough! read more

I came to Aesthetx without a ton of prior knowledge of the Botox procedure or the impact it would have, and I am happy to say that I am blown away from the results. Diana was incredibly patient and thorough in answering the truckload of questions I had and made the entire process a breeze, carefully outlining the details and reasoning behind each decision. The procedure itself was complete in a quick 10-15 minutes. I have been self conscious about the lines on my forehead for years and the results were apparent the following few days. A week later, it settles in fully and I am astonished at how well it turned out! I feel like it has taken 8+ years off of my age and would definitely recommend Aesthetx to anyone curious about doing botox. read more

I've been seeing Helen for daxxify and Botox. She's been so amazing. She takes in consideration on areas of concerns and doesn't push me to get more than what is needed. I've been to other places where they would try to get me to do more than what I was comfortable with. Helen is very skillful in the techniques used to give me the desired results. My biggest issue is how low my brows sits. She's able to lift them with daxxify/botox. With daxxify, I get a long lasting effect up to 5 months. One of the things I appreciate about Helen's professionalism is her note taking. I mentioned to her at my last appointment months ago about coming back near my birthday to refresh all of my concerned areas. She noted that and brought it up at our latest appointment. This makes me feel like I don't have to repeat myself over and over again. I will continue to see Helen and highly recommend others to see her as well. read more

I have had many facials in my life, but nothing like my recent experience with aesthetician Kristin Rogers. This was hands down the best medical facial I have ever recieved. My skin was glowing like glass afterwards...I couldn't believe it. I can hardly wait for my next visit! read more

Dr. Z is a superstar! I couldn't be more impressed with her and her entire team. Most importantly, they're #1 concern was my complete satisfaction. I couldn't be happier with the results and feel like I made friends for life. read more

Gigi is amazing. She handles all of my cosmetic facial injections and I trust her implicitly. She listens to my preferences for a natural look and does not have too heavy a hand. That said, she also is well-informed on different approaches, products, techniques, and placements and suggested a new injection spot that has really improved the overall look of my face! She also is a wonderful communicator--she always takes time to talk to you, follow up after appointments, and check in to see how things are going. I can't wait to see her again soon! read more

I'm so happy with the team at Aesthetx, especially Dr. Berkowitz! He's truly committed to making sure everything is nothing short of perfect. From the first consultation, to the pre-op care (including nutrition and skin care to ensure the best result possible), to the final results, his attention to detail and unwavering pursuit of perfection really set him apart. In fact, for the one-year follow-up to my fat grafting procedure, I'd lost a little fat under my eyes and by my temples (though it still looked GREAT) so he offered to do a redo free of charge! I still had to pay the surgical center expenses, of course, but not Dr. B's fees. Customer service doesn't get any better than that. If you're in the market for cosmetic enhancements, I enthusiastically recommend Aesthetx. read more

After many years and 2 kids I was so excited to find a surgeon and get my breasts re-done. I got them done when I was 21 and 16+ years has gone by and my breasts were something I have become very insecure about (symmetry and such). Getting this done was a big deal for me not only financially but I also very rarely get the opportunity and time things for myself. After a couple different consultations, I decided to go with Dr. Z at Aesthetx. I felt very comfortable and confident that I would get the results I wanted and was beyond excited. I had surgery breast implant exchange and lift with an internal matrix put in, surgery went fine however after 5/6 months of healing I just wasn't happy with the results. They dropped a TON and just were not as perky as I had hoped. I am very aware that bodies heal differently so I know these things can happen. After discussing with the staff at AesthetX and Dr. Z she wanted me to get the look I desired so we decided to do another surgery with new implants and a way more sturdy internal matrix which she described as a "push up bra" that would certainly hold my breasts up and give me a little more perk that I wanted. Unfortunately after 2 surgeries and a lot of $$ that look I was hopeful for just did not happen. I am very disappointed and wish I was just told that maybe the look I wanted wasn't attainable instead of being sold on another surgery shortly after my first to end up getting the same results. I feel like I put my body through multiple surgeries and spent a lot of $$ to end up disappointed. The staff at Aesthetx is amazing I cannot say enough wonderful things about them. However my experience with Dr. Z and getting the results I wanted fell short. Maybe another surgeon could have given me the look I wanted, maybe not. However surgery is a big deal and to spend all that time healing from not 1 but 2 surgeries and to spend around 38,000$ to not get what you want is extremely disappointing. read more

I had an appointment in May (before my birthday) with Diana, so this is a bit overdue! Diana is so personable and professional that time seems to fly by during our session! She is so thorough with her explanations and leaves room to ask any questions about the process. I appreciated how she explained the process before, during, and after care to maintain my results. I have tried other treatments in the past , some even multiple times in hopes of receiving my goals, but Diana had helped me achieve that in a single session. Everyone's skin is different, but her ability to assess and recommend a personalized experience is something that stood out to me. Any of my goals and concerns were responded to, and I left feeling good and seeing my results develop. I had chosen to do the clear and brilliant treatment, which cleared up all of my sun spots, retextured my skin, and and removed any fine lines - 10/10 treatment! I highly recommend this treatment for anyone who has similar issues or goals, since this is the one treatment I'll keep returning for. I plan to come for a follow up toward the end of the year for the clear and brilliant with Diana, and I'm looking forward to it. My results are still stunning, and I've enjoyed a sun-safe summer with the skin I've dreamed of. Thank you Aesthetx! read more

I found Dr. Zeidler and Aesthetx when I was diagnosed with breast cancer almost 10 years ago. She was so knowledgeable, compassionate, and made me feel at ease during a very stressful time. Virginia uses the holistic approach to achieve the results you want applying your budget to the wide range of product, use & price. My budget ranges from a few thousand to breaking the piggy bank for 1 vial of economy filler without embarrassment. I can't speak highly enough about the long lasting results from Virginia's technique, one example- my jawline rejuv was a hefty initial investment that after 15 months I needed just 1vial to top-off. I recently have had many positive experiences with Aesthetx! I have been waiting, in order to post a succint summary of everything. First, I went to see Dr. Zeidler for breast augmentation and liposuction on November 29th. I could not possibly be happier with the final result! I am also extremely pleased with the pre- and post- surgical care. I am amazed by Dr. Zeidler's work, she provided to me exactly what I was hoping for! This involved many appointments and much coordination, especially because I am an out-of-town patient. My massage therapist is AMAZED at how small the scars came out. My Pilates instructor, and others I know, are equally amazed by the before-and-after difference. This was definitely "worth it". I find myself wishing I had done it many years before. Presently, I am instantly happy when I look in the mirror, before I even have time to think about it! Second, I went to see Dr. Hausauer for fillers and botox, and the difference it made was incredible to my eyes. Her work does not look "overdone", it looks very natural, but still a nice improvement. Both Dr. Zeidler and Dr. Hausauer have instagram accounts that highlight their results. I found this to be tremendously helpful, especially when I was deciding whether to get fat transfer with my breast augmentation as well as when I was trying to decide whether the cost of getting fillers would be "worth it". The office is very busy, which potentially could be a negative, but I think this is a sure sign that the practice at Aesthetx is thriving. The staff has done an excellent job with many communications, despite the fact that they have a bustling practice. I felt very well-cared-for, and never neglected at any moment. read more

The things in my heart go way deeper than any relationship I've had for a service provider. DR Amelia Hausauser is a kind, compassionate, gifted, intellectual who goes who way and beyond for her patients. She's cares so much about her craft and how the patients feel about themselves. Almost 4 years ago something completely devastating happened to me, something that most therapist thought I would not survive but Amelia was always there for me and part of the Team Tina that put Humpty Dumpy back together. I love her wisdom, I love that she makes me beautiful, I love that she is one of the kindness person around. I grew up calling on beverly hills plastic surgeons/derms and I would not trust anyone to out anything on me besides Amelia. I met her through DR Richard Glogou who was a old famous cosmetic dermatologist now retired that I worked with on Neutrogena and Amelia was suppose to be my daughters' dermatologist but she so surpassed that level, she has an amazing future adeahd of her. I see her as one of the leaders in her field and the future of dermatology/. She is constantly refinding her craft, getting on boards, publishing, and checking up on patients. I have been seeing Dr. Hausauer for several years and have had an absolutely wonderful experience. She is incredibly smart, knowledgeable, and up-to-date on the most recent research and treatment data. Dr. H is a great and active listener and focuses on carefully designing a treatment plan that works for the bespoke needs of the individual, without trying to push or sell anything. As she has helped me address a few different concerns over the years, I have always felt that she has my best interest in mind, and genuinely cares about helping me accomplish my goals.
