I want to make it clear that my after picture IS NOT the work of Dr. Berkowitz. I decided not to go with Dr. Berkowitz for my rhinoplasty since his sketch of what he was capable of doing with my nose (on right side of image) was still something I was not happy with. What angers me about my consultation with Dr. Berkowitz is that he had the nerve to tell me that it was not possible for him to make the tip of my nose stick out any less than what he had done in his sketch. This was SO devastating to me during my hunt for a surgeon because it made me think something was wrong with my nose because it couldn't be fixed to look smaller, like other noses I had seen. I found this hard to believe because I had seen pictures of other people who had a similar nose to me who was able to have it reduced to the size that I wanted. Thankfully, I kept searching for a surgeon who would give me what I wanted and found one that I did the rhinoplasty with in November 2021 (see after image on left). Dr. Berkowitz said he could not decrease the size of the tip of my nose any more because then the skin on my nose would start to sag/droop. As you can see in the after image of the surgeon that I went with, there is no drooping at the tip of my nose and my surgeon was able to decrease the tip of my nose to what I had asked Dr. Berkowitz to do. Dr. Berkowitz seemed very kind and caring but I think it is so wrong to try and convince people that the results they want are not achievable because you are not capable/willing to perform what is needed to get the results desired. read more

Dr. Hausauer is personable and pleasant, always taking time to learn how her patients are doing in their lives while also understanding their cosmetic dermatological needs. Helen Koo is the BEST at what she does!!! I had ProFractional laser (Sciton) treatment with her and I'm very pleased with the results. This was my first ablative laser procedure and Helen made me feel very comfortable. Before starting, she explained how the laser works, what I should expect during the procedure, and how I should care for my skin after. She answered all my questions and walked me through every step of the way. She could not have made me feel any more comfortable. I'm going to be returning for additional services. I highly recommend Helen if you're going to get laser treatment. Everyone at AESTHETX is wonderful! read more

I have a very strong forehead and we were able to quiet that down without any bruises. total score! read more

I go to Aesthetx for the Diamond Glow facial with Kristin Rogers and it is the best investment for my skin! I love how my skin feels after the facial and it lasts for WEEKS. My skin feels so soft, smooth & literally glows for up to 6 weeks after the treatment. Since the price tag is $300, it is a splurge and I only go once every 2-3 months. But it is well worth it! And Kristin is simply amazing! I saw her as my esthetician before she joined Aesthetx and was excited to follow her as I adore her. She is professional, never tries to sell you something you don't need/want and really takes her time to make sure your skin gets exactly what it needs. I couldn't recommend her more! read more

Awful experience. If I could give a negative number I would! Originally went here to see Dr. B., but learned he was no longer doing breasts. So they booked me to see Dr. Zeidler. The short answer, do NOT go here. She has zero respect for the patients time. She's so busy as a result of over scheduling, plus being gone often which also means minimal post op care with her. Initial consult - Doctor Ziedler was over 1 hour late to my scheduled time. Blamed it on surgery.(That should have been a red flag.) Day of surgery: Arrived early in the morning and after 2+ hours of prep including the IV, pre-surgery meds, etc. she tells me the backup generator is out. She was hoping it would have been fixed by 8am. She knew it was not fixed the night before, yet she chose not to reschedule, once again disrespecting my time. Red flag #2! I should have said no thanks and gone elsewhere. Rescheduled surgery. Botched! She didn't reduce the breast to the size we had discussed, and one was left much larger than the other! She also made a decision, without my consent, to remove less than not what we had discussed. (Shortly after my procedure, I met another patient who had the same issues with Dr. Ziedler not doing what was discussed. Wish I would have met her prior.) Almost one year later, revision scheduled for a Friday. (No, i did not pay for anything as Dr. Z. was the one who didn't do as we had agreed initially.) Night before surgery, she cancels. Claimed her son got sick, and she suddenly didn't have help. (Her IG post told a different story that day though. She posted pics from the office showing off her outfit. (Pretty bad to use a sick child as an excuse to cancel.) Rescheduled again, revision finally done. Post-op, finally the size I originally wanted, but...terrible scars...crooked, incision gaps causing deep redness where the skin wasn't stitched closed properly and didnt heal right. Ended up with an abscessed stitch. Could tell she was rushed most likely due to over scheduling. Final post-op: 30 minutes past my scheduled time, the doctor is a no show! Once again, total disrespect for my time. Later claims she had a meeting. Seriously? She has a scheduled appointment and she takes a meeting instead? Apparently she also has to do several scar repair procedures for post-op patients. What does this scream? Another red flag. Bottom line, Dr. Zeidler has no respect for her patients post op care, as well as their time. Hopefully my experience will help others to make an informed decision. read more

I've been going to Aesthetx for several years now... and I keep coming back. I did my homework prior to settling on Dr. Zeidler for breast augmentation (post child the girls were, let's face it, saggy). 3 or 4 years after that I started noticing my face and neck changing substantially, so I reached out for a consultation. I was scheduled with Gigi, and after asking about my concerns-- we settled on a plan. She injects my Botox (which has nearly eliminated all of my forehead wrinkles), she does my clear and brilliant (laser to remove melasma), and I'm now starting micro-needling to even out my skin texture. Long story short, if you are contemplating an appointment-- do it, you have nothing to lose. I adore Gigi! She's sweet and kind, and most importantly-- she will never push unnecessary work and everything she does is for the sake of your skin's health and appearance. read more

Dr.Zeidler is a master in her work, and was even rated one of the top 150 plastic surgeons in the United States by Newsweek. She's went above and beyond for my care and always made me feel like I was in good hands. I cannot be happier with my results. My body feels more balanced and proportional. Prior to surgery, I was constantly suffering from neck and shoulder pain. Surgery, literally took weight off my shoulders. Dr.Z also gives you great scar treatment regiments tailored to your needs. Gigi, my PA was super responsive and always checked up on me especially when I developed an allergic rash post surgery. I cannot stop recommending Aesthetx to my friends. When you sign up for surgery here, you sign up for long term attentive care with the best team in the Bay Area. read more

I came in for a consultation and same day treatment for Botox and microGlow. It was my first time getting Botox so I was nervous. Dr. H took care of me and took the time to explain the procedure in getting Botox. I felt as ease with Dr. H and the procedure was fast and painless. Elania took care of my microGlow treatment and was super informative and nice. Every time she did something, she explained why she did it and I liked knowing each process. She also gave me a complimentary headband. Overall, I'd say I had a great experience and would continue being a patient. read more

Truly enjoyed my Diamond Glow facial with Kristin Rogers. She welcomed me with a big smile and positive energy. The facial was such a relaxing experience. Dont get breast surgery with doctor zeidler she claims to be a pro at it but be prepared to get revision surgery after only 2 years or less . she knew the look I wanted was round and perky 2 years later my breasts look almost the same as prior to surgery . and trust me she charges outrages prices for this to have happened to me. she is making me pay her more out of pocket to fix something I paid her thousands to fix originally .please go elsewhere she's also not as kind as she makes it seem to be all she cares about is your money. she's a money hungry lady that doesn't genuinely care about others but her own self. Her whole personality is fake . Also the staff members talk about the patients and criticize your photos! read more

Ive been a patient of this office since 2009. The care is nothing less than perfect. So far all my interactions with Dr. Zeidler's staff (and herself) have been unpleasant. I contacted her office to make an appointment and was told I would get a call back from their patient coordinator. Never heard back. One week later I called again and they finally were able to book my consult. Next, I called again informing them my insurance had approved my surgery and wanted to speak to their insurance/billing coordinator. I left a voicemail after being transferred to the appropriate person and it has now been three weeks and I have yet to hear back. Although I know this review doesn't reflect on Dr. Zeidler's skill as a surgeon, it certainly doesn't make me feel confident about her office and frankly makes me want to cancel my appointment. It may be that her staff is busy, but a potential client shouldn't have to suffer if her office is understaffed or unorganized especially since her services are certainly not free! I suspect her staff informed Dr. Zeidler of my interactions and during my appointment she was short, cold, and seemed annoyed. I am disappointed with these first impressions and won't be going forward with any surgery. read more

Aesthetx is truly an amazing practice and Dr. Zeidler is a remarkable artist. She has been to achieve results towards the body that I've wanted. Originally going to her for her expertise in breast augmentation, I immediately felt comfortable and in secure hands with her as my surgeon. I wanted to achieve a sizeable reduction and lift and she was able to achieve such beautiful shape and fullness to the final results that I'm extremely over the moon about. She is truly an amazing surgeon with precision and beauty in her work. The office staff is amazing to work with, timely responses, great pre and post operative instructions and care. I love working with her PA, Gigi, who is such a positive and delightful energy. All of the nurses as well are diligent and thorough. I've tried several of their treatments, laser, facials and there are many of them are highly trained injectors, check out all their Instagram accounts for their amazing results! The gem of this clinic is by far Doctor Hausauer. She is one of the best if not the best, cosmetic doctors in the Bay Area. Her expertise ranges from lasers to PRP and injectables. Shes amazing at everything she does. She's very meticulous and extremely intelligent but also very personable and kind. She's insanely talented and because she's so smart, you feel at ease under her care and guidance. Helen is a highly skilled nurse that works with Dr. H. Helen is so amazing at performing laser treatments. I had the best Halo laser treatment performed by Helen. My results just keep getting better with time. I wanted to address the under eye region which is very difficult to do. Helen suggested that Dr. H place eye shields in my eyes which allowed for the laser to safely and effectively treat the entire area around my eyes. Just so brilliant of a process! It made a profound difference. Dr. H is very smart with providing a customized heat setting according to each persons skin type etc. She is also brilliant with injectables and types of filler, placement and more. This office offers so many services from dermatologist needs, lasers, facials, PRP, and more. I had a diamond glow done here by Kristin and my skin looked so good for weeks following. read more
