I can happily say that my results are Impeccable !! All of my results turns out so beautiful and natural. They're better that what my husband and I have expected. Definitely worth the pain and money! Ironically, my whole Journey with Dr Lepore started with me not trusting our local beauty surgeons because in my eyes, Beverly Hills 90210 are top notch. I've always thought I can count on them for my procedures. I made a consultation with one of the famous 90210 Dr that I found thru Instagram and where my friend got hers at. I was shocked that the paid consultation was very short (less than 10 mins), rushed, has no beneficial value but this didn't stop me giving up my hopes. I called another 90210 Dr, left a message, and no one called back. Point is, its not what appears like how you see it through social media. All that shattered my 90210 hopes and brought me back to our local surgeons here in Bay Area. I spoke to a Dr in Palo Alto even here in San Jose but still didn't settle. I was still left with confusion and concerns. It's a plastic surgery so I definitely want a Dr I know that does it right and gives me peace of mind. I couldn't be happier with my choice of PS. I started doing research two years prior to my BA surgery and decided to book a consultation with Dr. Lepore. His whole team is very friendly and welcoming. Dr. Lepore and his staff are the best! I made an appointment, they got me right in and gave me instructions to fill out the forms. They were so friendly, the best office staff I have ever experienced. When I decided to get the procedure of a lift and new implants Dr. Lepore answered all my questions. I had a capillary contraction on my left side from previous surgery. I had 375cc under the muscle. Since I work out a lot I asked Dr. Lepore about over the muscle so my implants don't flatten out. He suggested that was a good idea. So I went from 375cc implants under the muscle to 485 implants over the muscle with a small lift. I was given all the medication 2 weeks prior to surgery and had all my questions answered. The surgery center was in the office so I didn't have to travel elsewhere. From the staff to the doctor to the surgery it was the best experience anyone could have had for a surgery. Dr. Lepore has been doing this for over 30 years and it really shows. I recently got a breast augmentation with Dr. Lepore. I love my results! I just had my post-op appointment today (day 6) and I couldn't be happier. The initial consultation went great, we were both on the same page in regards to implant size for my body. My boyfriend came with me, he was skeptical about the whole thing (he can be protective of me) but he loved Dr. Lepore. After the meeting my boyfriend told me that he felt at ease about the procedure and that he really trusted Dr. Lepore - and I felt the same! I know this isn't recommended, but we were so confident in Dr. Lepore we didn't seek any additional consultations with other plastic surgeons. I don't regret it one bit! I was able to work with his staff to be scheduled two weeks later. I was so excited they got me in so quickly! The whole staff was very pleasant to work with throughout the entire process. When I say staff, I mean Dr. Lepore himself, the front desk staff, the nurses, the anesthesiologist, etc. There wasn't a single unpleasant person I interacted with. At the last minute (literally the morning of surgery) I changed my mind about the sizing and went one size up. I did call the office 2 days prior to say I might change my mind so they could order the new size, and Dr. Lepore and staff were happy to order both the original size implant and the bigger size so I could think about it a couple more days. I really appreciated not having to make that decision when I called cuz I was starting to have anxiety about the whole surgery. The day of surgery was great. The nurse had called me the day before to go over the basics. She and the anesthesiologist were very informative and helped me relax the morning of my surgery. Dr. Lepore is VERY nice. However his office staff is severely lacking the same charm. Tammy was very kind but everyone else was short and unwelcoming. When I walked in I felt like I was interrupting their personal conversation at the front desk and they quickly handed me a folder to read up on and asked me to sit down. The mirror in the room I was sat in was filthy with a questionable liquid splattered across it which was unsettling in a professional supposedly sterile environment. I was already feeling doubtful about moving forward with this place but then I met the doctor. He was SO NICE and warm. He made me feel listened to and understood what I wanted. After we spoke he told me a woman would come and get my for my quote. Maybe it was the sour welcoming that put me in a bad mood but when she sat me down to tell me my quote I was flabbergasted. I have stretched ear lobes from a lack of judgement in high school and went to see about sewing them up. I was quoted $3,000 for a 45 minute procedure. While I don't doubt the quality of his work, I do think that is atrociously high. I've never been quoted more than half that and it caught me off guard. The woman treated me as less than when I told her I wasn't comfortable paying that price and mention "I won't even bother printing you a quote". Overall, even if they quoted me $400 I would have passed. I wasn't impressed with the culture in this office and will continue elsewhere. read more

A recent consultation in Palo Alto with a different plastic surgeon left me feeling dejected - I did not feel a connection and felt that the surgeon was more interested in telling me what other procedures I needed to add on in order to achieve the results I wanted. I stumbled upon Dr. Lepore on Yelp and decided to schedule a consult with him based off of all the positive reviews. Upon meeting for the first time, I was blown away by his warm smile and genuine interest in listening to what I had to say. Not only did he answer all of my questions patiently but I also did not feel pressured to choose him, add on other procedures...etc. That speaks volumes on his integrity. By the time the consult was over, I knew that he was the one. While there are many skilled plastic surgeons in the world, I strongly feel that it is important to be comfortable and establish that trust with your doctor. Once I scheduled the appointment and met for my pre-op appointment, surgery day came quick. It was my first time going under for any surgical procedure and I was terrified. Looks like the review was deleted, adding it back to make sure other people don't end up with a disability after medical malpractice in this office. Please avoid this office by all means if you don't want to: - spend 4 nights in Good Samaritan ICU recovering from the severe lung damage caused by unprofessional anesthesiology in their shady operational room - end up with the permanent facial paralysis and parotid duct damage due to the multiple nerve injuries. I'm not even talking about horrible scars, this is the least of all concerns. But the worst thing is complete ignorance and denial to take any responsibility - so please don't be misled by Mr. Lepore's great manners and superficial politeness. He instructed his staff to discharge the patient home after the surgery when they couldn't breathe on their own with the oxygen level below 75%. If not the proximity to the Good Sam ER, the patient wouldn't have survived. Mr. Lepore refused to deal with the facial paralysis issues stating that "he is not a facial nerve specialist". Any questions about permanent facial lumps formed after the surgery were answered with "I have no idea" and, finally, "Notice of Termination of Physician-Patient Relationship" letter. (MRI and CT scan performed at Stanford Plastic Surgery Center revealed irreversible parotid gland damage). I'm not sure how Mr. Lepore can be at peace with himself after all of this. Also, it looks like his name is known at Stanford Plastic Surgery Center and Palo Alto Medical Foundation because of the patients who end up there with the injuries after the procedures he performs. read more

I would hands down recommend Dr. Lepore for any cosmetic surgery or procedure! He is ethical, kind, and a master at sculpting the body. I interviewed several surgeons before scheduling my surgery. Dr. Lepore was kind, reassuring, and honest with me about what I could achieve. After my in-person consultation, I had more questions (mostly I was nervous) and his office team quickly set up a zoom follow-up call for me. In June 2021 I had a series of procedures lasting 5-6 hours to address significant loose skin on my belly after significant weight loss and having a child, and breasts that no longer sat where they should! My results are so far beyond anything I expected. I did not want implants (a personal preference) and I met with another highly rated surgeon that told me it would be impossible to correct my breasts without implants. But Dr. Lepore did it and they are full and absolutely perfect. Never having had a major surgery, I was very nervous, but everything went great and I felt I was in the best hands possible. Although I am healthy and at a good body weight, Dr. Lepore made sure I had lab work done before the surgery, an EKG, and a physical from my doctor. One of the other surgeons I consulted with said he would accept my word that I was healthy and didn't need any labs. I work in healthcare and I don't consider that good care, especially for a major surgery. Dr. Lepore's team (Tammy, Shelly RN, Mary RN) were super accessible and available anytime I called. Anytime I had even a minor concern post-surgery, they brought me right in. Given how nervous I was, and how great everything turned out, I can't recommend them enough. My results are absolutely stunning, I was in great hands clinically and always was treated with kindness and respect. Not sure how it gets better! read more

Had the worst experience of my life with Dr Lepore. The extended wait times were gruelling. Last post op visit, after waiting over an hour I walked out. I had a hand surgery. The results are hideous! My hand will always be unsightly with lack of flexibility. The scar looks like a 5yo sutured it. Very large stitches that looks ridiculous . Be Aware. I must congratulate Dr. Lepore and his OUTSTANDING STAFF ! I was referred to him by my bosses wife who has had work done and he was the 1st and only doctor I went to see for a consultation. I first went in 2012 I believe ,however I came back in and Donna Serrano helped me out again ;) and I must say she is very good at what she does ! From beginning to end she was there for me and to answer any of questions and help guide me to make the best decision . As well as the front desk girl Jennifer was very helpful and made sure I knew when my appointments where. They have quite a team ! Dr. Lepore so friendly and kind . Very honest and helped me choose the best size and assured me that the size 560cc silicon (gummy bear) was the best size for me. He recommended I could also get a 610 cc but for me I felt comfortable with 560cc. The day of surgery I couldn't have been any more pleased and of course nervous. As for all I know i was there in surgery for an hour or maybe a Lil over an hour but I woke up and I remembered being asked my pain from 1-10 and I said a 5 . My girlfriends were there and the nurse brought them back to see and get me. I was so so happy that the hardest part was done ! My recovery went very well, I was prescribed pain medicine as well as nausea and let me tell you that I was only on pain and nausea medicine for 3 days. I do have a high tolerance for pain . I had NO BRUSING, NO VOMITING!! I really was so pleased and so happy I went with Dr. Lepore. He is an outstanding doctor who knows what he is doing and is there for you EVERY STEP OF the way!!! In April 2015 I selected Dr Lepore for an abdominoplasty procedure. Before selecting him, I reviewed two other well established and experienced Doctors and their teams. A MAJOR reason I decided to go with Doctor Lepore was the incredible follow-up by his team, especially Jane! They were genuinely interested in my business and were readily available to answer my questions or see me in the office as needed. My particular situation was particularly challenging schedule wise because I VERY much want to do the surgery in a limited time window between trips. Doctor Lepore and his staff were very accommodating and were able to fit me in so that i was totally healed and recovered before the second trip. KUDOS! And let's be real here... ANY surgery is something you don't take lightly. You ask detailed questions and of course you have really significant concerns and maybe some worries. The Doctor and his staff were positive and supportive and eager to answer any questions truthfully and realistically .. no candy coating. I felt very comfortable and as at ease as you can be when doing this sort of thing. The operating room staff was phenomenal. I felt totally comfortable as I fell asleep and woke up pleasantly. Complete Flake, Dangerous First of all, despite the advertisement of free consultation on this site, they insisted on charging me a hefty consultation fee upon arrival. Then, after much time and effort spent collaborating about my treatment plan, preparing for the procedure as well as the cost, this provider completely failed to carry through. He switched the treatment on me without warning and botched the procedure. I utilized every medium possible - calls, emails, website. The office reassured me repeatedly that I would be followed up with. He completely wasted my time as I spent months awaiting the pre-planned procedure. After consulting with other providers, it became obvious that the incompetent/inexperienced Dr at Lepore had recommended a procedure that was dangerous for my condition resulting in scarring and complications. The doctor made her feel comfortable with the whole procedure and she was very well informed of all the possible side effects and everything that she had to do.
