Alex really listened to the color I wanted (unlike previous hair stylists) and finally gave me the bayalage I'd been looking for for years! I had the most bizarre and insulting customer service experience at Floyd's 99 in Woburn. Intentionally having me come in to tell me the appointment is canceled when they could have called me is blatantly disrespectful and bad business practice. I had made the appointment two days before and was sent a confirmation email and text, which I replied yes to and confirmed a day beforehand. To add insult to injury, when the stylist was asked why she didn't call me to cancel, she claimed she wanted to be respectful and tell me in person! Take your business elsewhere. Reply to business manager: The appointment could have been cancelled beforehand, and there were ample opportunities to do so, including when I checked in at the frontdesk. I was told that it was "more respectful to tell me in person". Why disrespect my time and make me come in, wait 10 minutes, and then sit me in the barber chair to tell me that my appointment is cancelled? It's simply bad business practice.
