Best haircut I have had since I moved to Oregon 2 and a half years ago. John is fun to talk to, but also he really knows his craft. I showed some photos and explained a bit about what I wanted and the particulars of my hair, and he knew exactly what I meant, and what would work best. He also showed me how he styled it so I could try it myself at home, which not everyone does. In fact, at my second visit, I told him I went out and bought a round brush, and when he styled it slightly differently, he showed me how to do that, too. I wear my hair very short, so I have had cuts in the past where my hair was a mess after one week, and by four weeks I was desperate. Not so here. The first haircut I got from John, it grew out so well that it still looked good over three weeks later. That is a mark of skill, truly. read more

Everyone is so nice here, from the receptionists to the stylist themselves. Went in for a free 15 minute consult with Ebby. This was my first time doing anything to my hair by a professional, she was able to explain everything about the process and steps we'd have to take to make my hair pastel bright. Booked an appointment with the next available stylist, which happened to be Aaliyah. She is amazing! She was able to safely lighten my box dyed, dark brown hair to blonde in just two sessions. Went in with frizzy dark brown hair and left with the soft pastel purple and rose quartz mermaid hair of my dreams! I definitely recommend this salon, and Aaliyah for your hair care needs. Will definitely be booking her for future appointments! read more

Have your hair done here!! This salon was featured on MTV, is very clean, and the staff are very professional! I have been going to Nicole for years and when she was gone for pregnancy I had my hair done by Julie, Sheila, and Ebby. Everyone is very talented. I moved to LA two years ago and made the mistake of going to someone on Rodeo Drive and my hair looked awful and it was not worth the price. Nicole had to fix it and I felt horrible! Now I fly home now every sixth weekend making sure Nicole does my hair. Her extensions are also amazing. I will be a customer for life! For you blondes out there- I highly recommend Nicole! And you will never be disappointed to see any other stylist at this salon! read more

I love Salon 124! I have been going there for many years and am always extremely happy with the results. Nicole has always been my stylist and never fails to make me feel like I just walked off the runway in a fashion show when I leave there. She helps me to understand the products and we always talk through a new cut or process so that I know exactly what I am getting. If Nicole is every unavailable, I know that I can count on one of the other numerous professionals there to assist me with my styling needs. They are all so wonderful! I proudly recommend Salon 124 to anyone who is looking for "top shelf" service and professionalism! read more

Shelah is the best hair stylist I have ever had in my life. I have fine, thinning hair, and it has never looked better. Shelah listens carefully to what I want and seems to understand more than I was able to describe. I am very particular, and am used to having to fix my haircut after leaving a salon. I have never had to do that with Shelah. She also remembers from visit to visit what is going on in my life, and asks specifically about my family. Great conversation, great haircolor and great haircut. read more

I'm fairly new to the area, and am so grateful that a friend referred me to Nicole at Salon 124. I've never had a better haircut or color. She is extremely talented at what she does and makes your entire time a wonderful experience. The scalp massage when you're being shampooed is pretty amazing, and being offered a glass of wine (or water) at the beginning of your appointment is hard to beat! Can't say enough good things- love this salon! read more

I am new to Oregon and have been looking for a new salon for awhile. I made an appointment with John Woodall at Salon 124 a week ago for color and a cut and couldn't be happier with the results. John did a beautiful job and exceeded my expectations! He brightened my hair with some highlights and added some nice texture with lowlights, and the cut is exactly how I wanted it. I will be back! Thank you John! read more

My first haircut at the salon was a year and a half ago and I've been a regular with Katie ever since. I keep going back because the experience at the salon is fun - good conversation and a pleasant atmosphere - and then when I leave the salon I get more compliments on my hair than I ever have before in my whole life! I'm not going anywhere because she does a GREAT job, I'm happy every time read more

I've been going to Ebby for the last three years, even though I haven't lived in the area. Every time I come home to visit family I always schedule to get my hair done here. It's a beautiful salon with a very professional and talented team - all for a reasonable price too! I can't say enough wonderful things about this salon. read more

My hair stylist spent time talking to me about what I wanted, looked at a few pictures I brought, and looked at my hair type and how it moved and curled. Then she thoughtfully cut it and made sure it was what I wanted and showed me how to style it myself. She was very professional as well as friendly. read more

Ebby is a miracle worker. I leave my head in her capable hands and am always pleased with my cut and color. It is so comforting to know that I always walk out better than when I entered. She's easy to talk to (or not!) and is so skilled at what she does. OH! And updos? She's the best around! read more

All my hair dreams came true here. I'm not what one would call hair savvy, but Nicole took my incoherent ramblings, and turned my horrible -uncut for a year-mane, into something amazing. I felt like a mermaid! I was well taken care of, and left happy. Thank you! read more
