Although it was still tough to find street parking, it wasn't horrible. I ended up parking a block away behind the Google Fiber building in a parking deck. Once you walk the block to the studio, it's right across from Snoopy's. Their studio is the first one when you walk into the Carter building. Melissa S. (the owner & creator of Front Row Cosmetics) is so amazing and full of life! Everytime I see her, she greats you with a huge smile and she starts talking with you like she's known you for years. Front Row Cosmetics are definitely worth the buy. I now have their Bronzer as well as her amazing "Liquid to Matte" lipstick, color: "Sexy". No phone calls, no heads up. I took off work, took my son out school early, paid a babysitter to watch my other kids , drove 35 min to be told : we don't take this insurance anymore. Another lady was in the same situation and when she asked what is she supposed to do now, they laughed and told her that it is not their responsibility to tell patients they dropped their insurance. It might not be their "responsibility" but what happened to common courtesy? Especially long time patients like us. Then whose responsibility is it ??This is unacceptable.
