Older lady, white, blonde to gray medium to shorter length hair. Rude. I am pretty quiet and usually very kind to people interact with, but as soon as I walked in that store she seemed to have a problem with me. I got a bad look, maybe my earphones pissed her off idk I've noticed that's a thing with older generations. I was planning on buying more stuff, but she actually told me something I was looking at that the scent wouldn't last. Prior to that she'd said nothing but hello. I was the only one in the store with like three workers, seemed to just wanna go back to her conversation. But when another woman walked in, they got a big loud hello what can I help you find today blah blah blah. Eh nbd but I hate people who are condescending and for some reason that old lady at b&bw thought she was too good to help me lol. We had a good experience within this location. They are taking COIVD protocol very serious with: **Ensuring they do not go over the proper number of people within the store, **Passing out hand sanitizer as you walk in, **You are provided a bag so that you are not having to touch a basket, **Everyone within the store has on a face covering, and **There are floor markers that provided for proper social distancing. The staff was very friendly and helpful at any given time. No one seemed to cause any issues and everyone followed the proper actions needed to keep things flowing within the store. read more

The sales associate on the floor was on her phone wireless in her ear. I asked her several questions about what I was looking for and she didn't take any time to assist. She just went back to her phone conversation. She was not friendly or helpful. I asked for a beach scented perfume/lotion and she said we are all out. That was not true. This experience started off great. There was a young lady that greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. She asked what types of things I was looking for and offered her assistance. She so helpfully recommended scents and helped me through my shopping process. Things turned for the worst after she left my side. I stood in line for a few minutes which was ok. The cashier ushered me over to the next register while she still had a customer at her register looking for coupons. The cashier asks if I have the app and I politely tell her that I do not have the app but I have the website pulled up and I am logged in is that the same ? She tells me that it is not the same and I need the app. I proceed and show her the coupon that I had via email. She scanned and told me my balance. The lady then asks my phone number to be keyed in. I ask how many points went to my rewards and she says I can't get any points because I didn't have the app. So I click on the website and show her where it says my rewards and why can't I get points. She then says that I should have had that pulled up when she rang me up! I say I told you I have the website pulled up and logged in. She continues to say I didn't tell her. That is fine I take the receipt and she yells you earned points it's on the receipt. I check and there was no points on the receipt.
