I…read morecame in for Xeomin and Radiesse but could only get Xeomin because Nurse Joy said she wasn't sure if she had enough Radiesse for me, when I only requested two injections, and told me to reschedule for the injections as she didn't want to use up the medspa's low quantities and not be able to inject clients that weren't new patients. I thought odd, but okay. I received 10-15 xeomin injections in my forehead and brow area that day and then came back for the Radiesse for the next appt. For the Radiesse appt, I got the two injections and left after I paid. Radiesse is expensive, but didn't know it was going to be the price I paid, especialy since I used my Xperience+ points and their Spring discount, but whatever. In June, I called back to the medspa as the Radiesse injections had not absorbed into my body and you could see the EXACT mapping pattern Joy used to inject the Radiesse and it looked raised and extremely bumpy. As in, after the swelling went away after the first week, the Radiesse didn't move or soften from where she injected. So, after about 5-6 weeks, I called them in Jun and sent a picture in to show what I was talking about. Joy called me that week and said this has never happened before and that she reached out to Radiesse for advice and would be getting back to me the following week. She never called the following week and oh guess what, my Xeomin injections seem to be dissolving extremely quicker than normal and I already have movement in my forhead area as if I didn't receive any injections there in the first place. This is not normal for me as Xeomin injections from two other medspas had lasted 5-6 months for me in that area and not one. I would not and could not recommend this place.

If you call after hours to leave a message, it will instruct you on how to leave a text message. If you don't mind paying a $25 fee to do so. Recorded messages consistently remind you to "use the portal" to contact provider---but if the provider had submitted the PA so medication could be retrieved from pharmacy---extra effort to reach provider would not be required

Was there yesterday. No issue with the doctor. But the…read moreoffice staff really needs to show more respect to patients. I was told upon arrival that they do not take my insurance anymore. No phone calls, no heads up. I took off work, took my son out school early, paid a babysitter to watch my other kids , drove 35 min to be told : we don't take this insurance anymore. Another lady was in the same situation and when she asked what is she supposed to do now, they laughed and told her that it is not their responsibility to tell patients they dropped their insurance. It might not be their "responsibility" but what happened to common courtesy? Especially long time patients like us. Then whose responsibility is it ??This is unacceptable. And we waited over an hour to be seen.

Dr. Bowman was very kind and informative. After careful examination, it was determined I did not need surgery at this time, although the doctor could've scheduled me anyway just for the money, but he did not. He was very upfront with why I did not need the surgery at this time. I so appreciated his honesty. When it does come time for cataract surgery, I will be returning to this office.
