After calling and leaving a message, she was quick to return my call. It was like others had said. She was easy to talk to and it was if we had known one another forever. I scheduled with April and arrived for my appointment, with no issues. She treated me for about 45mins and was most pleasant the whole time. Again, her bedside manner is spectacular. She made mention that she had elderly family members and that she may have to abruptly cancel, should something come up with them. I get that. Life happens. I scheduled using the app for my follow up appointment for a Saturday. The day before said appointment, Ms. April called and left me a message that she was going to have to reschedule because it was her birthday, and her kids were taking her on a surprise getaway...Again, I get that (although professionalisms would have called for the kids to check the schedule...first blatant red flag). However, what I didn't and don't get is how one could just blow a client off. Rescheduled my appointment, again through the app for that Monday. I text her and sat in the parking lot for 20 minutes. After texting again and calling with no response, I got out the car and approached to knock on the door. The lights were on, and I could see that someone was in the office space. I went back to call again. Still, no response. It has been a week and a half. I still have not heard back from Ms. April. If she thought my case too difficult or just didn't want to pick up new clients, I surely wish she would have simply said so. It would have saved us both a lot of time. Luckily, I was so distraught after letting all my hairs grow out in preparation for my treatment (only to be stood up) that I ended up calling back the Electroliysis in Cary. She has given me a straight forward plan of attack for my treatment plan, unlike Ms. April who told me to "pick a side" that I wanted to work on when I came back. Maybe I dodged a bullet? Just be leery! She is definitely a kind person, but less than reliable.

They also have a Brow Bar which I'm looking forward to trying one day. In my previous review I complained about empty shelves and lack of products and pricing, but I haven't had any problems in those areas lately. Be careful of any high-pressure sales pitches on expensive items, if you want to say no, just say no. :-)

So far I've been through a few treatments with Noushi and it's been a very smooth process. The treatments are quick and effective. I've already seen quite a reduction in my tattoo, even though it's on my wrist (lower extremity)! Noushi also makes a point to get to know you, which I really like. It doesn't feel like some stranger doctor's office, which I've definitely experienced a few times in my life. I look forward to my next appointment!

She's a nice lady. She does good work, but I mean to be fair as a big burn. It took two weeks to get healed up. Let me say my masseuse was not one of the ones mentioned. She was not very friendly. Didn't ask what brought me in or if I had any areas of focus. Just looked at the paper I filled out said ok and that was that. She was so rough even after I told her it was hurting very badly. She said it was my fault I have knots so it's going to hurt but didn't let up on the pressure or get out of that area. I have RA and Lupus and severe joint and muscle pain which I did advise of. I was writhing when she touched certain spots and it seemed she pressed harder. I asked for my lower back to get some attention but that didn't happen either she stayed up top. I usually get a good nap and feel great after a good massage but that did not happen this time. I couldn't relax. I went home and have been so sore (not in a good way either). I can't move my shoulders, arms or bend down. My neck is stiff and I've had a migraine since I left. I may try again with someone else but I'm on the fence. Just an update: it's a week after my terrible experience. No one from the spa has reached out. No one has acknowledged my experience. I am still in terrible pain that was caused by the masseuse. I'm now having pain, shocks running down my mid back and legs from the excessive pressure the masseuse used after I told her it was too much, after I told her it was hurting, after she told me it was my fault because of my knots.
