Shortly after moving in during one of the hottest summers on record, the AC started to make noises. Fritz came out and while they were working on the unit it blew up (literally). Turned out to be not anything they had done but they had a completely new unit installed the next day. I since have needed a service call and it took some time (Covid19 and a hot summer). They were here yesterday and took care of the issue and all is well. Their service is professional and friendly.

I called Thompson and Dwayne was here in 20 minutes, found the problem and had my heat on with in another 20 minutes. I had tried several other companies that advertise 24/7 service, but they wouldn't come out immediately. Enbridge was no help at all. However, Thompson Mechanical got the heat back on and all is fine. Dwayne was fast, friendly, extremely polite, knowledgeable and professional, even though he had to get out of bed and come to my home after already working over a 12 hour day! I cannot say enough for Dwayne and Thompson Mechanical! They are affordable, dependable and reliable - worth every penny!!!

Being in a mobile home and not a house, Tech explained to me while doing his checks that mobile home furnaces do run more frequently than home furnaces due to thin walls/insulation. Found out it was Thermostat being old and off by degrees was causing the "Call for heat" to turn off during the heat cycle and thus would call for it again right after since the thermostat was being inconsistent on "Call for Heat". Tech installed new Digital Thermostat and everything working as it should, aka not doing doing on/off constantly. Highly Recommend
