Robert N. Poland, Ohio I waited a full year to write this…read moreHVAC review so it could be absolutely accurate and cover all 4 seasons. We have a Century home in Poland that never had A/C. Always carried 4 window A/C units up and down 2 flights of stairs because they had to be stored in the garage. After 40 years I can't carry these anymore. Talked to Mighty Mike's guy Ken at Canfield Home & Garden Show in Feb. 2025. Ken immediately had ideas of how they could add needed A/C venting and a Mitsubishi Heat Pump to solve our A/C needs. May of 2025 Mike, Ken, & Jason designed and installed our new HVAC system with a New Luxaire Furnace, Mitsubishi Heat Pump, Attic A/C Blower System, and A/C Ceiling Vents. After 12 months I can say it has been a blessing that we trusted & hired Mighty Mike and his team. This new system has kept us warmer in the winter and now cooler in the summer without fail. Now the entire house is cool in the warm months, instead of just the upstairs where the window units were. And we did not pay for more than we needed. The system we got was custom designed to be just the right size for our house. The quote included a complete detail of all the parts and pieces, so we could see exactly what was needed and what we were buying. Do yourself a favor and call Mighty Mike Heating and Cooling. Mike's a truly good guy with a great team. They are all extremely knowledgeable, professional, and do outstanding work. Robert N. Poland, Ohio

He was quick to answer our original call, very professional, courteous, found the problem and fixed it quickly. Mike is very honest. When we bought our house, we noticed their sticker was already on our electric box, so naturally, we called them to come out and fix the problems we were having. They confirmed they did indeed install our electric in the home. The entire house had issues--lights flickering in different rooms, power cutting out if too much was running at the same time, and overall shortages throughout the home. When their techs came out, they didn't know how to fix any of the issues. They wasted our time, left us with no solutions, and then still sent us a bill for almost $300. A year later, we received a collection notice for that bill--even though they never actually fixed anything in our home. On top of that, the customer service was rude and unhelpful. Instead of trying to resolve the problem, they were dismissive and disrespectful. For a company whose name was already on the box when we moved in, this was beyond frustrating and unprofessional Bottom line: They charged us for nothing, gave us zero solutions, and treated us poorly in the process. I would not recommend AEY Electric to anyone.
