IF they do show, I'll tell them to hit the road, because what they'll do is say something to the effect of they don't have the part, well need to return in 2 days and they'll try to charge me for them not having the part and travel time to get a part... First, I want to start off by saying that this was a warranty job, and I would've never used them…read more I had a gas line leak at 2 of my old knob shut off valves. Talked to home warranty and they sent this company to do the job. The gentleman came in and looked at what was needed and then left to get the equipment he needed and to get authorization from the warranty company. He comes back and replaces 1 of the valves and removed the other and put a junction in its place. I called the warranty company back and informed her what was going on. He told her that there was more work that needed done that what he was expecting, even though he looked at the work and got approval to replace both valves and 3 hours of work. He was here for a total of 1 hour and wanted to leave before the warranty company got involved and wanted to come back to finish the work. I stopped that from happening and he was forced to finish the job. DO NOT LET THIS COMPANY IN YOUR DOOR!!!! If you get told by home warranty that is your company, demand another one. This company will only do half the work and then want to charge you for another visit just to do the work they were supposed to do the first time.

Being in a mobile home and not a house, Tech explained to me while doing his checks that mobile home furnaces do run more frequently than home furnaces due to thin walls/insulation. Found out it was Thermostat being old and off by degrees was causing the "Call for heat" to turn off during the heat cycle and thus would call for it again right after since the thermostat was being inconsistent on "Call for Heat".
