He brought some more sauce, which I thought was just wonderful over the top service till I got the bill and there was an up charge. It seems like the restaurant isn't set up well to handle curbside efficiently during busier times--whether it's staffing, coordination, or just prioritizing dine-in over to-go. Until the pickup process gets more reliable, I can't recommend ordering takeout here and choose another spot to-go in the future.
