Togo Small Chipotle Chicken Caesar Salad

What I love about salata is that it's versatile. You can get unlimited toppings all for one price! To make it even better you they also have a rewards app which allows you to scan your app for free points which will lead to credit! I love to create a fraser salad when I come and their caesar dressing here is amazing as well as their chipotle chicken! If you enjoy salads definitely give this place a try! My order: Romaine, Arcadian, Arugula, Cilantro, Jalapeños, Onions, Pea Sprouts, Feta, Parmesan, Bacon, Chipotle Chicken, Caeser Dressing (Extra Toppings)

I wonder if my parking pass is still VALID I wonder if my voice could ever sound like KHALID I wonder why my d*** just got rock SOLID But I love Salata when it comes to SALAD Salata is a Houston chain that is all over Texas now, and even outside Texas a little bit. The problem with a lot of them is that the portions are small. Other issues include bad service or ingredients not being fresh. Some locations are amazing, this one not so much. It's just not a very good location of this chain. They gave a much smaller salad than we're used to, and it was much more wilted and less fresh than we get from West Gray or Weslayan or Energy Corridor locations. We live close to it and yet we've only been here once when we've been to other locations 30 40 50 times. That speaks volumes. It's still a better salad than most, hence the okay rating, but there are plenty of 4 and 5 star locations of Salata around. Their croissant is amazing too, not healthy but omg, that whole wheat croissant is worth the price of admission alone, and you get one free with your salad. Oh, and the best dressing is the Lemon one, but a lot of people like Fresh Herb. Since they sell salads, perhaps they should be called "Sell-ata" instead? I'm not sure, but $8 for a leafy bowl of green goodness is a good deal, especially considering how large these salads are, with unlimited toppings and all the goodies. Finding good food is hard, good salad is HARDER You'll pay a high price, makes me wish I could BARTER Barbi eats salad in heels and a GARTER But for the best Salad, go to SALATA WHAT

I'm a little disgusted that this location is giving teachers ONLY $1 off our purchase when Salata THE COMPANY is promoting 20% off EVERYWHERE. Then when I inquired with the manager, she didn't answer me because she didn't speak English. Is this how yall treat your customers? And I know I'm complaining about a few dollars but it's the principle. If nobody else is pinching Pennies, TEACHERS ARE. Salata is not an every week purchase, so to not get the actual advertised discount sucks.

Pretty good salads. I found out about this place through a friend, and I've been going for a while now. I like how your able to customize you salad. And what's so great is that there's no limit on the number of toppings you can add. All the fruits and vegetables are fresh, the chicken is grilled, and the lettuce is juicy. I personally like the spicy chipotle ranch sauce and pesto chicken. I tend to go crazy adding sides, my favorite part. If you want a fully customizable salad with no limits, go to salata. I ordered the normal sized bowl, and didn't finish it. I recommend!!!

I tried this for the first time. I chose the small salad and a protein and it was $11. I would expect it to cost $7-$8. Not worth it.

Recently she had an afternoon appointment and I was able to swing by and join her. When her appointments were completed, it was in the beginning of peak traffic time, so we decided to walk over to DS and have a bite to eat and catch up This space is so open as well as cozy. Soon as you enter, you head straight to the counter to order. From there, you're given a number and choose your seat. Booth and table options are available. On a Thursday afternoon, the place wasn't busy but not empty, which gave my Mom and I the opportunity to catch up without a noisy dining room. The food came out fresh and hot and for the price, we were surprised by the portion since its was the $10 HH burger and fries. The fountain drinks were interesring as well. DS does not have Coke or Pepsi products. They have similiar flavors you would find with those brands. I enjoyed the Mexican Coke. It seemed to not be as fizzy aa your own well know caffenated Compadres but still carried a great flavor. Let me not skip over the dessert! Mom LOVED the pecan pie which she states had whole pecans instead of pieces. I did not wven notice that she had been getting pieces of the pie as we talked. Half of it was gone when we left. That means is pretty scrumptous! I had enough willpower to eat my chocolate chip cookie when I got home and it was worth the wait! Not only is the cookie huge, but the semi sweet chocolate and sea salt is chef's kiss. Grat combo of both worlds. Combine that with the crunchy outisude and chewy, gooey interior and this is one of the best cookies I've tasted in a long time. So glad to dish all this goodness to Yelpers and remind them of another gem in West U that will not only give you a great place to get a bite but satisfy that sweet tooth.

I stopped by with my buddy on a Thursday evening close to 9 p.m. Free parking was a cinch in the parking lot they share with several other businesses. Service (4.5/5): You order at the counter and then they bring your food out to you. The lady who brought me my food checked on me twice and was super nice. She called me "sweetheart," a little Southern hospitality goes a long way. Ambiance (4/5): Modern, clean, and comfortable. In line with other Dish Society locations I've been to. We sat at a booth/table combo. Drinks (4.5/5): I love when a restaurant has more than your standard selection of soft drinks. You'll find that at Dish Society. They have "craft" sodas and a nice selection of juice blends. Plus sweet and unsweet tea. Food (4/5): I went with a cup of the tomato bisque soup and the Nutella French toast. The soup tasted as good as it looked. Some croutons or a piece of garlic bread would have been nice, but outside of that, this starter couldn't have been better. The Nutella French Toast was similarly well done. I love French Toast and I love Nutella. So this was a match made in heaven. Along with some sliced strawberries and some blackberries, I was happy I went with a breakfast dish for dinner (they serve brunch all day). The prices are affordable for the quality of the food. My only complaint? The portion sizes are pretty small. Case in point: two slices of French toast when most places will give you four. Pro tip: Join their club for discounts.

I will say this flavor particularly was a 5/5 for me. It was exactly what I was looking for (carbs, spicy Caesar salad...not hard to please). However, I haven't found myself wanting to come back even though I drive past this area pretty frequently. If I did come back, I'd probably just order the same flavor again because it was that good. The Zeppelin is very filling though and kept me good for 2 meals, I just think nothing else on the menu appealed to me (other than the Spicy Tejano) enough to steer away from my go-to sandwich/bowl places if the craving for that type of food ever came. The staff were super friendly though and parking wasn't terrible. I can see why they chose the location since it is a great lunch spot for people in the area tbat want something quick but don't wanna run into the mall/opt for fast food drive thru.

It's not a large place, located in a strip mall, but there's plenty of seating for a fast moving lunch crowd. You walk in and instantly see a menu, and order at the counter. There's premade wraps and bowls to choose from, where you pick the protein and can add extra toppings at a cost. Or you can make your own custom bowl or wrap. Since it was my first time I decided not to be cute and stuck with a premade wrap- the Caesar Crunch, with Saffron chicken. I LOVED IT. There's so much flavor, but nothing overpowering the other spices. And the pita crisps and fries inside the wrap just take this to the next level! My friend got a custom bowl, and had saffron rice with a saffron kabob, and said it was too much saffron ha! Lessons were learned! They also have a smattering of free sauces one can try, and I love me some sauces. I can't wait to be back and try more wraps!

Before their recent expansions to Austin, it all began here in Rice Village exactly 15 years ago. The vibes are contemporary and casual, with the kind of space that fits for just about any scenario. Whether it's a solo meal, a lunch date, or a group led affair, the experience is almost always an excellent one. Start by ordering at the counter and find a seat where the food will brought directly to the table. So much of their variety caters to all sorts of dietary restrictions from vegan to gluten free to nut free. Their spicy crispy brussels sprouts ($10) are a nice starter, as is the squash "onion" rings ($12). The local power bowl ($16) is a classic and I've always enjoyed the brown rice and quinoa combo. Their chicken "posolé" is solid, and I love the large hominy bits along with the clear but green tint of a broth. The chicken shawarma bowl ($20) is an interesting mix that includes pickled beets and strawberries, along with their market cheddar burger ($17) and fabulous twice cooked fries. The carrot cupcake is strangely addicting, and I think their gluten free brownie is a bit of a sleeper. Some of their items didn't jive with me previously, such as an underwhelming cashew queso ($9), a semi-laughable Vietnamese steak bowl ($22), and their semi-gringo version of a banh mi ($15). It's not that these items are bad per se, but they definitely don't live up to the same standard that I feel their other dishes do best. Where they hit the biggest home run is their customer service. Everyone working behind the counter does their best to deliver and they almost always do by staying on top of refills, cleanups, and customer greets. I've always enjoyed my experiences here and look forward to every visit.
