Salad mix with 2 portions of salmon & 1 tofu
Mimi T.

I was craving something healthy so I ordered DoorDash pickup since I saw it as option. I didn't realize the store was closing less than 10 min so I rushed over and arrived 7 min after doors closed. I felt so bad because I saw the employees were cleaning and tidying up. Thankfully I had cash to tip as an apology but the employee was very kind about it. I got the large bowl with salad only with 2 salmon/1 tofu portion, Serrano peppers, sliced onions, sweet corn, edamame, spicy furikake, onion crisps, shredded nori, spicy Serrano aioli, ponzu fresh light. It was very fresh and perfectly balanced. I will avoid the peppers next time because it was really spicy for me.

I did an order for pick up and everything was ready to go when I got there - no wait time. All the Pokeworks look the same, clean set up, you can see all the food. All of the meats tasted very fresh and I like that you can adjust the amount of sauce you get. It was super easy to order everything through the website.

the $1.50 avocado portion was very small and underwhelming sad single scoop. the photo of the avocado online does not look like the scoop of avocado that was provided. was easy to order online. the macaroni salad was good.

Low quality & long wait. The rice was mushy like oatmeal and cold, the seaweed was soggy, and the whole burrito was falling apart. Glove hygiene was questionable. I took a couple bites then threw it out. Will not return

Rating: 3.5-4/5 Not the best but pretty good. Their toppings are tasty but they could use more variety and have bigger portions of meat.

The saddest sushi burrito I've ever seen

Updating my review since Pokeworks reached out to try and remedy the station, which I always appreciate. I tried going for the sushi burrito again at this location -- It was a flop for the second time. I can't give them anymore chances on this one. BUT their poke bowls are always super delicious and fresh, so I have stuck with that instead. Never been disappointed with that choice. It's nice that they have multiple locations throughout the city, so if you have their app, you can accumulate points and rewards quickly. I will say that depending on who prepares your food, you might get shorted on your portions. Poke can be pricey and sometimes it's disappointing to pay almost $20 for one meal and still feel a little hungry after.

Good portions & plenty of options! Poke is definitely expensive.. so you want to make sure if you're getting it that you're getting a fair amount! At pokeworks, we definitely got a fair amount. I believe we both got normal-sized bowls. Spicy Ahi (Customized) | 7/10 I changed things up... but this bowl still had the bones of what it once was! It was good - the tuna, a bit salty. My girlfriend also said her tuna was a bit salty - so it isn't the sauce. Definitely not that spicy. Decent bowl!

Wow!! When did poke get so expensive?! I ordered a two protein bowl and it cost like $18!! They barely give you any protein (like a tiny little ice cream scoop full) and the rice was definitely portioned by scoop as well. The toppings were a bit disappointing cause they no longer have masago. I created my own bowl and thought the flavors were good - though the bowl didn't quite fill me up for the price. I've been here 2-3x now and they never have any musubi made! Overall, a quick and easy place to satisfy your poke cravings, but don't expect to fill up on the tiny portions. The ingredients and fish were fairly fresh though and glad they have a location in rice village.

Fresh and delicious…read more We were so excited to find local poke that we've already been back a second time. They do have their own app where you can earn points which is nice as well. There is parking in the back of the building and an entrance back there as well. It's nice to order online and swing by and grab for on the go. They also have seating so you can eat there too. I love that the base of your bowl can be cucumber or half cucumber. That is a unique option for those who don't eat rice. The fish options are awesome, they have rotating fish option so always ask what it is. The topping options are plentiful. The bowl is perfection, thank you local poke.

Nothing really stood out as amazing, but there also wasn't anything particularly bad about the experience. The pricing felt a little expensive for what you get, and my biggest complaint is the parking. They do have a few dedicated spots, but only two or three, and the location can be kind of a pain to get in and out of. The inside is pretty basic. They had a few games set out, which was a nice touch, but otherwise it was mostly white tables, white walls, and a pretty bland overall atmosphere. That said, I don't really expect much more when going to a poké place, so it wasn't a big issue. If you work nearby, live in the area, or happen to be walking by, it's a solid option for a quick poké bowl. I probably wouldn't go out of my way to come here specifically, but overall it's a decent spot.

This place is great I enjoyed it…read more............ I did enjoy it. I didn't think I would. There are too many poke restaurants, so out of protest I stopped eating at poke restaurants. That was stupid of me. I was missing out. Btw...Try the Mango thing, it's good I think. I can't even describe it. It must have been mediocre good because I don't remember it and cannot describe it. But I finished it so maybe it was good. But you should try it so you can relate to this review, because that's normal to try something based on a mediocre review to relate to a stranger you don't know. I do it all the time.

I got a signature bowl and there were 5 small cubes of tuna and the smallest scoop of rice. You can see from the photos that there is barely any food in there. Every ingredient was measured with a tiny spoon or a pinch of something- he actually went back in and took out onion slices because he deemed it "too much". I asked for Serrano peppers and he said "bowl is as-is". I reached for chop sticks after he already placed a fork on my tray, without asking me, and he told me- "it's one or the other" so I had to put back the chop sticks. Only come here if you want to overpay for a cup of rice and a tablespoon of tuna.

Spotlessly clean establishment, superb customer service and consistently scrumptious poke bowl…read more It has been awhile since I've eaten here, so I was pleasantly surprised that they added paper forms for ordering. Some pros include good service, an efficient ordering system (you can fill out a small slip of paper at the front of the restaurant), and the unique oil selection option. But unfortunately, my biggest gripe was their food. Upon receiving my order, my roommate noted how small the bowl was. While size didn't matter (initially), they gave me way more rice than protein, and by the end of my meal, I found myself having to supplement my leftover rice with my own protein. A small bowl was 3 scoops of protein (I requested 2 scoops of spicy tuna and 1 scoop of spicy yellowtail), but frankly, they were a bit stingy with their portions because it did not seem like 3 scoops. I felt that paying $14 for how much I was getting turned me off. Furthermore, my roommate and I agreed that the sauces and how the fish was seasoned were more salty than spicy. I requested 2 types of spicy raw fish and a spicy aioli sauce and still found the spice to be subtle, almost nonexistent. In addition, some premium ingredients, such as Masago and Seaweed Salad, would have been free elsewhere. Overall, I was unsatisfied with my experience and unsure if I'd return. While taste is subjective, I'd suggest improving portion sizes by fixing the rice-to-protein ratio; past reviews have expressed similar sentiments, so I know I'm not alone in feeling like the portions are absurd. Also worth mentioning is that they give free dessert (ube, matcha, and pandan rice crispies) if you leave a Google review, which I feel could skew the ratings.
