Season offered a cheese tasting with 2 types of aged cheddar 12 years and 9 months, a few soft cheeses including the aged cheddar cheese spread ( which we could not resist and took some home). We also tried the dill goat cheese and goat cheese with chocolate chip. The small but beautifully laid out cheese boutique has an area for tastings in the back with specialty pretzels and fudge. But here's my experience: I walked in. There is a gentleman with blonde hair and a cap on who welcomed me. I tell him that this is my first time ever coming to this establishment. He doesn't rush me. He allowed me to pick what I wanted. Now the next young lady who started making the sandwich was veryyyyy new. She was nervous so we'll bypass her little mistake. There's another lady by the name of Bernice who was absolutely amazing. Her attitude was upbeat. She helped me to understand the process as well. Now it's time for me to check out. There is an older lady that's tall who gave NO allowance to the fact that I was a NEW customer. She asked if my meal was to go or not, but she gave me the impression that she may have jumped the gun by wrapping the sandwich before asking the question. So I say, "whichever is easiest for you". It's obvious that there are new employees there so I tried to work with everybody. She lowers her voice and speaks to me in a stern manner. The blueberry puree is sweet and different from the usual mango and strawberry purées that are offered with matcha lattes. The matcha (light or strong) is squeezed from a premade bottle over the milk (oak or whole), puree-syrup, and ice. Overall, it was pretty sweet but good. I asked for the pull tab lid not to be added as I wanted to reuse the cup (thin but pretty sturdy plastic) later. The lip of the slim and tall plastic cup is relatively smooth. The macarons are always well made.
