It honestly reminded me of the naengmyeon I had in Korea and the beef galbi was incredibly tender and flavorful, grilled perfectly with that smoky, slightly sweet marinade. You can tell the quality of the meat is really good! The pancakes were SO GOOD AND CRISPY! I definitely recommend this place and will be coming back again!

The waffle was a pretty good example of the true Belgian style (with those sugar pearls) - I have better, but not in a sleepy town diner. My husband went for the migas, which is a little too bold for my more delicate breakfast preferences, but he was very happy with his choice. Our waitress, Sol, was an absolute sweetheart and made the whole experience feel warm and easy. The owner was also there, juggling things while temporarily without a hostess. I briefly considered throwing my hat in the ring. I am already planning a return visit for what looks like a stellar burger and a club sandwich, but there are so many spots around here calling our name that it might take some discipline to make it back soon.
