Salata Alpharetta has fallen off tremendously. I have been a customer for the last 2 years and today is my last time supporting this entity. I have no words on how this location has made changes in the past few months and it shows in the quality Of the food I received today. read more

Delicious food. High quality. Located in a shopping center next to Avalon. Walk in, choose you size salad bowl, which lettuce, and unlimited free salad toppings, finally choose your protein. The tea's on tap were delicious. I tried the peach and raspberry. Also they offer a unique multi grain croissant that has a great flavor. Truly no complaints about my experience for this new restaurant. read more

Oh, I do love Salata. I became hooked while living in Johns Creek and was excited when this location opened. The ingredients are always super fresh, and I love the ease in personalizing your salad. I also always get a croissant (to die for!) and the chipotle white bean soup (incredible with a ton of flavor). I recently learned that you can also purchase the dressings in a carafe and have been adding that to my order for salads at home. The chipotle ranch is my favorite! They also have a loyalty program that you can sign up for with your phone number and earn points towards free salads. I really enjoy a healthy and quick option. read more

Terrible management. Do not order online. You are their last priority. Waited nearly an hour for food. Service was rude about completing the order. Food was subpar given the wait time. Will not be ordering again. read more

Fresh salad and great variety of toppings. Dressing tasted homemade along with the r bread and croissants. This is an excellent choice for lunch . You and choose small or large bowl or cute to go containers. I enjoyed the mix it all together for you so it is ready to eat by the time you sit down. Will definitely go back. Not too pricey either. read more

I have been going to Salata for many years now. Recently have been having more and more problems with this location. When getting my salad, the worker barely put one scoop of lettuce in there and tried to keep walking. When I asked if I could have a little more lettuce he gave me an attitude and gave me a few more pieces looking at me mad the entire time he was helping me. I told him I would like my salad to go and he flung the salad to the side and walked away like he did not care at all. I feel like every time I go there now, all of the workers are rude or mad about something or just don't want to be there. Very stingy with the amount you get and not very nice. read more

Great place to get a quick healthy bite to eat. Service was fast and friendly. Will be going back'

SKIP this location, the employees are not thorough in cleaning the greens, especially the KALE. I ordered a salad for pick up, the Kale had dirt on several individual leaves. The employees are not properly train, most are young adults, that don't like to wash their hands or change their gloves or work, they just want a paycheck by doing the bare minimal. I would practice serious precaution if you decided to eat here. read more

Plenty of fresh toppings and veggies to choose from. It was our first time in. Would definitely revisit, their dressings aren't as good as anticipated. They have a great product lineup though. read more

Of course Salata is known for great, made to order salads at reasonable prices. I'm usually a big fan - having been to the Sandy Springs and the Peachtree Corners location, and have always had pleasant experiences there. However, the customer service experience at this location when I went was severely lacking. First of all, when asked about the dressing I asked for 2 half-scoops, one for one dressing and another for a different dressing. Instead, the worker proceeded to give 2 FULL scoops of a single dressing, and had to stop her before doing additional damage. (Who would eat salad with 4 scoops of dressing?) Second of all, after sitting down I can clearly hear the workers openly gossiping about the current customers. This is completely unacceptable and classless behavior. I can't tell if this treatment was intentional or not, but will likely avoid this location in the future. read more

I would have taken a picture of the great salad but I ate it first lol. I miss my Sweet Tomatoes as my salad place but this is a great alternative. Been here multiple times and still coming back. read more

Make your own salad fresh ingredients! Staff are very friendly. Fast and efficient. Prices are great. You can get a small or large salad.

So my first experience here! Only one person working so had to wait and all she said when she got to me was what do you want. No greeting what so ever! First impression down the drain! Then finally get it all and sit down and a few minutes later two employees start arguing with each other so loud I turned around just to make sure nothing was gonna be thrown my way. That goes on for a few minutes. The one girl walks outside gets on phone then the other tries to incorporate customers which quickly declined the involvement! First impression down the drain so not sure if I would recommend this place or even come back. Salad wasn't bad good salad that I put together. Great concept poorly executed by your employees. Not a great job here!! read more

Rudest workers on the planet. Out of 4 people working, only one of them was level headed and considerate. Ironic that she was the youngest one there. I waited over 45 minutes for an online salad and didn't complain once that I had to leave and come back. I actually quietly left to let them get through the rush since I saw they were busy- When I got there for the second time they tried to tell me they had no order for me, which wasn't true they just hadn't printed it. So I waited, again, with no complaints. A nice lady who was working Uber eats and I both realized that they added the wrong salad into her order. The salad in there was mine. When I mentioned that, the manager immediately switched and got an attitude telling me I was wrong. They yelled at me saying they were making my salads to which when they were presented, like I had guessed- it was the wrong order. When I said it was incorrect they got loud and even ruder telling me I "ordered wrong". Not sure how I can order a salad wrong online when I'm choosing my own very simple 3 toppings! Another lady working got involved and started screaming as well. She's never pleasant, ever, telling me she was going to ESCORT ME OUT for simply stating that I had the wrong order. They did not want to be told they messed up, they weren't paying attention to detail, and they definitely lacked customer service. The second salad that was ordered was missing 4 or 5 toppings that were ordered. We called to get a refund for the missing protein, since it was $5 extra. Of course, no answer. While I was there waiting, Another level headed Uber eats driver in passing said "these workers are rude as f*ck" and she's exactly right. I will not return for the over priced salad because if I'm paying over $30 for some lettuce, I'd rather mine not be served with attitude, ignorance, and borderline violence considering this woman was all up in my face for NO REASON. All of them need to be fired except for the sweet girl who looks to be about high school aged. Shrimp was also disgusting, limp, not fresh, mushy, and not cold. read more

i never leave a review because i am a nice , friendly person. i went there this morning and this one particular girl who works their all the time never is friendly or smiles.Everytime i come in i have a salad to be picked up and she acts like i am not there waiting and continues to make the salad she's doing. i think i am going to switch salatas bc i am not happy customer. Salata, you are good in my book! I have to start this review by saying that I am not much of a salad person. It is very rare for me to order a salad as my entrée. But when I am craving something fresh and light for lunch or dinner, Salata is the place to go. Located in Halcyon, this location is ascetically pleasing with the cutest décor and clean interior. It is one of those restaurants where you get to be creative and create your own food masterpiece. I love a place that gives me choices! Now, I will say that this is a more pricey place for a salad, but it is a large portion (even the small) with all fresh ingredients. For my salad, I chose the salata mix base with carrots, banana peppers, tomatoes, croutons, broccoli, edamame, radishes, & shredded cheese. I got ranch and chipotle ranch for my dressings. The chipotle had a little kick to it, but was still very tasty. Make sure you get the multigrain croissant for your side. It is flaky goodness that you don't want to miss out on! You have the option to add protein to your salad and they have a lot to choose from like chicken, salmon, tofu, etc... or you can opt for no protein like I did. read more

Omg. I cannot hype this place up enough. This spot was introduced to me by a friend and it was hot fire flames. Most people would say, what's the hype about? It's just salad isn't it? Not at all. You can first choose to eat a wrap or salad. And then it's where the fun begins. There's so many toppings that you can add to your salad. Besides a few items, such as salmon and avocado, you might have to pay a little extra. But there's a ton of toppings that are free and go with your salad. You choose between 2 sizes, and I recommend the smaller one. Unless you are starving. Because the large was pretty filling. They didn't have a ton of dressing, but they had most of the standard ones. They make salad into something that people crave. I cannot wait to visit Salata again! read more

I wanted to update my review because I decided to give this place another try after having a really good experience at one of their other locations. Turns out, going right before closing is probably not the best idea. I went today during lunch and my salad was amazing! The place was packed and it took a while to get through the line but it wasn't a big deal. The staff were still so friendly despite being super busy. I got my dressing on the side this time and appreciated that they put my "bread" options in a separate bag for my to-go order so they wouldn't get soggy. One great thing about this place, that doesn't hold true at most other places, is that you pay a flat fee and not by the weight of your salad. That means as many toppings as your heart desires!! I am a salad lover and I like my salads big with lots of toppings so this makes me very happy! The only things that cost extra are protein and avocado which is understandable. I paid about $10 for a huge salad with tofu and a side of pita chips (free) which is honestly a great value. I am so glad I gave this place another try because I'm now in love! read more

Odd restaurant....decent salad, and nice people, but as the manager came through at 2:55 on a Sunday to say they were closing at 3?!?!?! We got there at 2:45. I have till 3:15 to finish. Why place orders with almost no time to eat?! Paid 42 dollars for two salads?! Ok, if I can have a decent experience, maybe a short time frame, but this place can't last long. There a dozen restaurants around this fast food salad place (Like Ted's) with better salads for less and no time limit and no stupid hours. I really hope these folks don't try and say they are Christians so they close early? That would be a major joke. ChicFilet is a Christian org....not open on Sunday at all. These guys won't last much longer. Major joke on price/atmosphere and open times....don't bother my fiends... read more

Was looking for semi healthy lunch and It came up on Yelp. Never heard of it before. This place is great. Large Salad with virtually unlimited fruit, veggies, cheese etc.for $8. There is $3 added cost for protein and had multiple flavors of grilled chicken or shrimp and maybe some other options but don't remember. I chose chicken and there was tons of it for the cost. Well worth it if that is your choice. Sun-dried tomato dressing is very low cal and was really good tasting. If you are a flavored tea fan, they have a tea fountain with 5-7 or so different options. I'm not a salad only as a meal guy and typically only eat a side salad with my meal but this was a ton of food and lots of chicken so it was extremely satisfying. I would definitely come back. read more

I am admittedly not much of a salad person. Give me hot, meaty, cheesy any day over a salad. However, I really enjoyed my first visit to Salata and would definitely go back. The customer service was outstanding. Everyone we came in contact with was very friendly and helpful, even cheerful. There were SOOOO many options to choose from. And they are mostly all included. I love that. No weighing, no fee per ingredient - just get what you want and enjoy. The signage was wonderful - easy to read and even included calories. The croutons were yummy! The only reason I gave the 4 star rating instead of a 5 star rating is because of the meat selection. They had a lot of options, but they were all cold. I don't do cold meat (refer back to my personal motto in the 2nd sentence). They are not able to heat the meat by request either. This is a drawback in my book - hot meat on a cold salad is the way to go. I do plan to go back. But, I'll be stopping at Chick Fil A on the way and will add their nuggets to my yummy Salata salad. Then it will be perfect! read more

First time at Salata and we give it 5 stars! Everything is fresh and delicious! How to build your salad or wrap was explained very well. Start with your greens choice then your veggies (veggies galore!) Then choose your protein and dressing. Everything was so good! One bowl is about 2 or 3 meals for me! read more

Horrible. I have been coming here for years. But tonight assured me, I will never come back to this location. Two very uninterested ladies were working that were much more interested in their own conversation than helping customers. While preparing my salad they didn't listen to my order. I had to keep saying to not give me certain things I wasn't asking for. Then after saying, I wanted to eat inside the restaurant, she kept preparing it in a to go box and would not give me a bowl to eat from. I was never given a cup for my drink. I went to get a napkin and they were literally the napkins that come out of the bathroom. They had no napkins for customers to use. Absolutely horrible in every way there needs to be some type manager on duty to prevent this from happening. And they were cursing behind the counter. Totally unprofessional. Definitely shows the owners are absent and don't care about their service to customers. I always came here regularly but I won't be returning. Owners, start caring!!! Expect more out of your staff. read more

My new favorite salad place. For $10.50, I got a massive bowl of custom salad and a bottomless cup for their iced tea station. I appreciated the unsweetened green and black tea options. The salad was one of the best I've ever tasted, and the ginger lime vinaigrette was the perfect compliment. Everyone was extremely friendly and there was no wait at 11:30 am on a Friday. read more

I got the regular sized salad bowl and this is how much I had left. I can usually eat a whole mixing bowl full of salad but the toppings are so varied and filling this is the best I could do. The ginger lime vinaigrette is so delicious; I got one scoop and it was plenty for the large salad. My salad ended up tasting like an Asian chicken salad and I absolutely loved it. The only mistake was the sundried tomatoes and feta cheese those kind of threw off my Asian theme; but I'll know better next time, which there will definitely be a next time. I can't wait to come back and get a different combination and I'll be getting the small salad next time read more

First time in a looooong time and what a wonderful and delicious surprise! My salad was soooo fresh! Every bite was crunchy and tasty! A little disappointed at how runny the ranch dressing was but that can be overlooked when every other ingredient was brightly colored, crispy and tasty!!! Asked for my olives on the side they obliged! Just downloaded the app cause I'll need to take advantage of perks! I plan on eating here couple times a week it'll be a nice switch from the Chik fila salad base especially since I can customize! Best $10 salad I have ever had!!! If you've not visited this spot you should. No picture to post cause my belly is full and I am happy. read more

Salata has really transformed the expectations in Atlanta of what a good, clean, and healthy salad restaurant should be. They offer a clean and inviting experience, with a plethora of options. Their salads come in regular and large sizes, both of which are sufficient. All toppings are unlimited and the meat, vegetables, and dressings all look freshly made and prepared. read more

Outrageously expensive My one salad was $22!!! What in the world? I know food prices have gone up but that is ridiculous

Product was fresh. Lots of options. Size of salad is commensurate with the price. Service was excellent. Dined in.

I love Salata, I have been ordering them almost every day for the 2 months. Their salads are fresh and tasty. The service that they provide is exceptional. The manager Miguel is great located in Alpharetta, honest and will go out his way to make sure everything is correct. One thing that I am proud that they changed is the delivery fee with Door Dash. Hmmm where do i start. I guess if you NEVER make a salad yourselves with quality, organic ingredient...you may like this place. You get a fair amount of lettuce, going through the choices of FRESH veggies was ok yet i am used to Sweet Tomatoes, no longer in business. VERY stingy with the portions maybe got a teaspoon of the veggies you chose, truly! Got the 3 falafel, chipolte, ranch dressing, the croissant...all delicious. The salad was good too just not enough ingredients went home and added some more. Do not think i will be back unless i get desperate...my salad was $14.00. Pricey for GMO food. read more
