I have been coming to the Saladworks location for the past three months and every time I come in I am not wearing a mask because I have posttraumatic stress disorder from my mouth being covered from a previous trauma that I do not wish to discuss. I tried to inform both employees and the manager here that I have an underlying health condition which prevents me from wearing a mask and I've been coming in here for months with no issue at that point of four of the girls upfront began disrespecting me and calling me a Karen and telling me they refused to serve me if I'm not wearing a mask I asked him to get a manager they said "she's busy doing stuff you know like her job" I told them again that I still wanted to speak with her and they went in and got her from the back when she was washing dishes while they set up here and mocked me and made fun of me calling me Karen and telling me they would not serve me without a mask. The manager came out and said that if I wanted to order that I could order and they would bring it out to the car for me then one of the employees an African-American woman the only one there stated that she refuses to serve me because I was disrespectful to everyone there while the whole time I was being called names and simply trying to educate them on the fact that I did not have to wear a mask due to my medical condition. I called no one names I said nothing negative to any of them and I even tried to show them the paper that Dr. Levine signed in which implemented this Mandate. I have a video recording of all of the girls being disrespectful and calling me names mocking me laughing at me and making fun of me while I just said they are trying to simply order my salad.

This is one if the best Salad Works there is. It is always fresh and tasty. The atmosphere is always crisp and clean. The staff is friendly and the salads are always so fresh. We come here most of the time as it is the closest.

The restaurant has 2 levels and there is an elevator to the second floor. We were seated at a window which was quite nice. We were able to watch the city streets and architecture while enjoying our meal. The service was top notch, they were incredibly fast and attentive. All of the food was fantastic. If I lived around the area this would be a staple for a nice night out!

It's situated right near rittenhouse square so it's a bustling and great area. The spring festival was happening is it was PACKED! We were seated by a window and immediately given water. We ordered some lattes that took quite a while to arrive - we learned they have one coffee machine so things were backed up! Our serve apologized profusely and they gave us a sweet treat on the house at the end of our meal. I ordered the frittata which was delicious and my husband to the omelette . We also got the drop biscuits with strawberry rhubarb jam and omg am good! Our brunch was great and the interior was modern but felt homey and we had the best service and the manager also came to see things were going. I would definitely recommend this place and hope to come back next time I'm in town!

Atlantic Ave near the train tracks in Audubon. Their menu drew me in as they offer a wide selection of soups by the day as well as sandwiches, wraps, grilled cheese, burgers and hot dogs. Just think cozy comfort food. The inside has ample seating if you plan to dine in and a small counter in the rear to order out. I was greeted by a friendly young lady who was patient with me as I looked over the menu. I decided on a grilled cheese and green split pea soup. It was hard to decide because there were so many yummy looking choices. Service was quick and efficient. I was in and out in about 10 minutes. Everyone was very pleasant. The grilled cheese was perfect! So delicious! The split pea soup w/ homemade croutons and tiny bits of ham throughout sure hit the spot on this cold winter day. The place was very clean and cozy and there was a bit of a lunch rush so they definitely have a good reputation. Would love to see them expand their footprint. We could use more places that offer simple comfort food at affordable prices in South Jersey. Can't wait to return to try another one of their soups...and a grilled cheese. ***Oh! This is a CASH ONLY establishment. Apparently they also accept Venmo.***

The homemade DanDan noodles were our favorite, which are served with ground pork in a spicy peanut sauce. We also got the three cup chicken which was so good, with a sweet, licorice-like glaze. Some other favorites were the black pepper chicken and the long hot chicken, if you enjoy spice. We had the ginger and scallion dish and was not our favorite, as the chicken had a unique consistency and was quite limp. Overall, good service and a relaxing ambiance in a bustling city.

The food is consistently strong, and the signature dan dan noodles are a must-order. We also tend to get the chicken potstickers, scallion pancake, kung pao chicken, and dry pot beef, along with white rice for the table. It's a menu that rewards repeat visits. We've had both takeout and dine-in here, and we definitely prefer dining in. The food is at its best when it comes straight out of the kitchen. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and kind without being overbearing. For seating, we prefer the cozy but small upstairs dining area, so making a reservation on OpenTable is usually a good idea. There are a few high-top tables downstairs near the kitchen and windows, which are also great, but if you prefer a quieter or cozier spot, we think the upstairs is best. They also offer a happy hour with good prices, and overall, the value for the food quality is excellent. We often bring out-of-town guests, and it's always a hit. Sichuan cuisine remains distinct from typical American Chinese, which helps Dan Dan stand out. We've also noticed their Ardmore location, which appears to be a strong alternative. Consistently good, well-run, unique, and worth visiting, especially for the dan dan noodles. Highly recommended and hope to be back soon!
