I have an all terrain chair but don't like to take it inside buildings. I assume the back door was accessible but we couldn't tell because there was a large ladder in front of the door. We came home and started reading the reviews on this site and I was caught off guard by the mgr. responses to criticism. They were long, caustic and overly defensive. Sad to say I guess we'll remain with olive Garden.
