Overall we had a great experience, thanks to our server, Susanna. She was so nice and helpful. She saved our experience and really went above and beyond for us. The food was great. The chef was fun. I went with the steak teppanyaki. I'm not giving a 5 star review as we were asked to move seats for absolutely no reason by the other cranky Karen server that came over after we were seated and told us to move. The restaurant was empty when we arrived and there was no reason for this. She didn't even ask us if we wanted anything to drink or if we had any questions. She just felt compelled to hassle us.

We have been going here for a few years for birthdays. Tonight we went and had a very good time. Staff is always great and the food always amazing. I had filet and scallops. Man was so good. Also had a saki bomb work Kirian light. I always forget to take a picture of the food after cooked. But this place is fun and every chef we have met is really good with the fire!

If I'm getting sushi in surprise this is the spot! Good happy hour and great quality sushi!!! Love the vibe of the place too!

I've probably driven by this place hundreds of times and for some reason never stopped in to check it out until this week. I'm regretting that after yesterday's visit for lunch. There was plenty to love here and only a few small things I wouldn't even necessarily call a negative. Let's start with the parking lot. It's pretty unassuming and a little run down. The vibe just doesn't invite you in. It's shared with Sam's Club, Goodwill etc. Walking inside it is so much larger and nice so don't let the outside fool you. We came for lunch and it was pretty empty. I liked that they have a teppanyaki side and then more family, dining boot tables, etc. which also includes a regular bar and seats at the sushi bar. Service was very friendly and we had our drink orders taken quickly and left with lunch menus to go over. First thing I'll say it's pretty pricy for lunch. They have some happy hour specials, but it is more expensive than other locations nearby. I wish they had more pictures or details on the menu of what some things are. I was in the mood for sushi so I went with their sweet and spicy crunch roll while my husband chose the beef yakisoba. This is where it was a bit frustrating for me. My roll came out pretty quick. Like I said it was not busy at all. My husbands food took longer and I sat for quite a bit waiting so we could eat together. It wasn't an astronomical time or anything between but enough to where it wasn't frustrating when you're both hungry. The sushi roll was amazing. We'll put together and perfect spicy level. Our waitress said it's one of the most popular rolls. I'm not a huge fan of tempura so I wasn't sure how I'd like it, but it was wonderful. My husband's yakisoba looked amazing! He offered nec a few bites and the meat was tender, veggies prepared perfectly and wonderful flavor, he likes spicy so he added some sriracha to his liking since he didn't have much else to add to it. All in all it was a great lunch. I know I'll be back. I'd love of try to the teppanyaki.

Amazing service by Young and our awesome, and funny chef Mr. Le. Our dinners were fabulous - lobster and filet ... chicken and steak... a few sushi rolls and all the appetizers. Service phenomenal and such a great time with the Chef. Highly recommend!

We joined family here last night to celebrate my nephews 14th bday. There were 12 total and we had our own table. Our server was friendly, helpful with menu selections and was quick to clear plates and refill drinks. Hubby and I started with a shared plate of tempura vegetables: Onions, broccoli, squash, carrots and sweet potato. It was very flavorful, light, crispy and fresh. The dipping sauce was also great! For our dinner we both ordered a teppanyaki grilled combo: filet and salmon for me and filet & scallops for the hubs. Our meal came with miso soup and salad with ginger dressing. Small amounts of each but a nice addition to our meal. The steak portion was a good amount and very tender, same for the scallops. Unfortunately, the amount of salmon wasn't more than 6" long and barely 2" wide. Although tasty - it definitely was not worth the money. The entertainment of cooking our food is always fun to watch. It's the same everywhere you go at these types of restaurants but still enjoyable. Our total came to $118 (with 18% gratuity already added). A bit pricy without drinks but it was worth the experience. Nice to know a place like this exists just down the street. We'll be back for sure!

Perfect evening, great ambiance- enter seeing a koi pond and people enjoying hibachi service. Prices a big high but extensive menu, large portions and tasty food... and sushi /rolls were perfect; service was outstanding.. we will be back!

I opted to forego the "show" ... being seated at a community table for the chef show. But clearly this is the primary focus of this restaurant. The 5-10 smaller individual 2 and 4-tops are adjacent to the bar. The place was packed, and so noisy I couldn't even hear the other person at my table. But on the flip side, it looked and sounded like the people at the community "show" tables were having a ball. Lots of birthdays and celebrations. Anyway, great menu. Started with a couple inspired cocktails, and moved on to the fish taco's and lamb chop appetizers. Outstanding. Only nit, our server disappeared, and the app plates were left on table when our main courses showed up. We were also never serviced for another round of drinks. For our mains I ordered the Wagyu filet with asparagas and fried rice sides cooked medium. My dining guest ordered the salmon roll and a side of fried rice. My steak came out gray and rare, no sear crust at all. Very disappointing. On the flip side my dining partners portion of fried rice was astoundingly large, and good. Never did see our server again until the check was brought over. We were not even offered the dessert menu other than the small pineapple sherbet that came with my meal. Parking is brutal here. Very crowded area on weekend. Had a long walk to restaurant entrance. Don't think this will be on my repeat list.

We also had the Spicy Garlic Edamame, Miso soup, Seaweed Salad, and the Gyoza. Our server was super sweet and very attentive. All the staff work as a team to make sure everyone is happy and getting everything they need. They all help to clear plates and bring new dishes to the table. They have a decent array of drinks and Sakis. The seating has a good size area with booths and tables. They have room to move tables to accommodate for larger parties, which is a bonus. There are tv screens up on the walls with different shows and videos playing. They also have music playing which was nice. It's a fun & casual vibe. They just recently changed ownership and names so that's probably why we got in so quickly on a Friday night. They are making changes to the menu and so there will be more updates coming soon. The parking is right outside and it's a big shared lot so it was easy. The building and windows are dark but at night they have a new neon sign that says" Brave Sushi-all you can eat. " There are two cost options you can pick $35 for all you can eat, except the Nigiri, or $40 to include the Nigiri. They both include ice cream for dessert. Wasn't crowded at all for the dinner area but the bar was packed. They have happy hour. By 6 pm it was full and packed everywhere. Parking is plentiful. We did the chicken shrimp and the New York strip. The mushroom soup is very delicious, the salad dressing felt like it was missing something. The rice was phenomenal so yummy and full of flavor. I like their ginger seafood dipping sauce, but I absolutely cannot stand Dijon taste, and that's what they use for their meat, a mustard sauce. I really wish there was an alternative. The meat seemed to be cooked well and the steak to my boyfriend's liking, flavor was good. We got Lucky to try a sample of the Seabass and holy moly!!! literally melting butter in your mouth! Once the gang all showed up, our server was attentive and super friendly the entire evening. She had a great personality and really elevated the entire experience. She was able to answer all of our questions about which rolls were which and brought the birthday girl a complimentary slice of cake at the end. We ordered a wide variety of rolls and each was really good. The pieces themselves were huge, which made the regular price worth it if you were to order them not during happy hour. I especially liked the eel and cucumber roll. The eel was nicely cooked and each piece was decently-sized. My one complaint was that some of the rolls took way too long to get to the table. The last roll we ordered more toward the end of the night was the dragon roll and I feel like that took at least 20-30 minutes to come out. It wasn't that busy in there throughout the two hours we were there. Overall, though, the size of the rolls and the freshness was certainly there. I'm not a sushi snob but I really enjoyed every roll, as did the rest of us. We ordered a thing of fried rice for the table and the steak pieces were very delicious, but the chicken could've been more tender. Definitely come here Tuesdays and/or Thursdays for their happy hour. Well worth it.
