Steak and hibachi grilled veggies

We already love Sakura. Every time we go we have enjoyable staff and good decor. The food is amazing and quick to arrive. We felt like our table was well cared for. The duck curry was a little spicy for my husband, but he still loved the flavor. I always get the duck and noodles and it's amazing. Chicken pad Thai is fabulous as well. We will always recommend it. Just know a lot of times the wait time is quite high because of how popular it is.

This place is hopping, came to celebrated our anniversary and really enjoyed the service and complimentary dessert. They had generous portions of fish and it was fresh and tasty, sadly the rice was really subpar. Maybe they don't get to many sushi connoisseurs here. The service was really first rate and made for a memorable evening.

New location! Sushi delivering robot! Great exterior! Service is always attentive and the sushi always hits. This is always our go to place in Southern Utah. We always get a number of rules and sashimi. This time we tried their pad Thai - not bad for a sushi/hibachi place. The new location is bigger, but still has the same vibes and beautiful front door. It's always a fun time here!

Sakura has always been a great place to eat but wow they have stepped up their game at this location!! The moment you walk on the property the ambiance and warm welcoming is amazing Outside the Sakura "pink cherry blossom trees" lighten the sky and directly to your right is a little koi pond! Upon walking in there are fish (electronic) pond below your feet swimming around and staff ready to help welcome to seat you at the tables. Hibachi is always a great way to enjoy the evening but no matter what you try the food is fabulous! Thank you Sakura Team for a wonderful meal and dinner entertainment, we will be back!

Visited St. George for a couple days. Found this place online with good reviews. We were seated…read morequickly even though there was a wait. The atmosphere is very nice. We want Thai food but also some Sushi. I ordered a Red Curry, wife got Yellow Curry. We also shared a Sushi Deluxe plate. Both curries were absolute knockers. Would go back there just for these dishes again. The Sushi was bland, not very fresh, and I wish I hadn't ordered it at all. And this was a platter so it was a bit of everything. Just skip the sushi here. Go for the Thai. Service was also very good and prices reasonable.

We found this spot on Yelp and it got 4 star reviews so we decided to give it a shot. We drove in…read morefrom Vegas that morning for the day and we worked up quite the appetite after 9 miles of hiking. We were looking forward to some yummy hot food. My husband ordered the Chicken Pad Thai and I ordered the Garlic Chicken & broccoli. We shared an order of Rangoons. If I'm being perfectly honest the food was just ok IMO. I purposely ordered my dish with no sauce bc I don't care for my food to be swim in a sodium, sugar & oil mixture masking whatever flavor the protein & veggies present on their own. I actually WANT to taste them. I didn't expect my mind to be blown by my dish for that reason. I knew what I was getting & honestly my food was very good. The chicken breast was good quality, cooked nicely and cut into small bite sized pieces as was the broccoli. Just what I wanted. Now I DID want to splurge a bit which is why we got the fried stuff too. Now for the not so impressive part. The stuff that was supposed to blow my mind bc it was fried, came with sauce and lots of spice just fell flat. The Rangoons had very little flavor. They were even slightly under cooked it seemed. The corners were the only part that were crispy and the part closest to the middle was barely cooked. Not my fav. I like a very crispy rangoon. Maybe that's just my preference. I sampled my husband's pad Thai, also a bust. Hardly an spice or flavor. He ordered a 3 out of 5 and there was hardly any heat. Maybe my Vegas taste buds have been spoiled or maybe this is a different style of the Thai we're not used to. At any rate I'm only giving it 3 out of 5 stars based on the food itself. The restaurant was in an interesting looking built stone building & plaza and the interior was decorated with a pretty traditional Asian-Thai theme. This place was packed on a Sat night too! The locals must love it. There was a line of people waiting to be seated when we arrived. There are no complaints about the service. We called our order in for pick up. The man who took out order was polite and I believe he was the same host who was greeting people at the door. He was very busy but still gave great service with a smile. Again, this review is not a reflection of him. He was great. The food....just wasn't.

We were visiting family in the area and my wife and son saw this place on Yelp and it sounded good…read more To their surprise the poke was one of the best they've had - not something you would expect to find in the middle of the desert. Service was fast and the employee was nice. Ambience was nice - cute place - we got ours to go though. We would go again if in the area. It's a hidden gem in St. George.

We told the man at the counter that we had never been there before and had some questions, which he didn't really answer. I'd never been to a poke restaurant (or shop) that didn't have the fish on display for customers to view before ordering - so it was natural that we'd have some questions. We also like to see if fish doesn't look fresh and avoid ordering those items, but we were unable to do so here. My husband and I each ordered a "1 choice" bowl, which was supposed to be served over a bed of hot rice and cabbage. When I asked for tap water, he said they don't have a tap. Really? Good thing we always carry water with us. Then, he asked us each if we wanted forks or chopsticks. He said we couldn't have both (without paying extra), and he looked at us funny when we requested chopsticks. The fish itself was fine, although there was no cabbage (it was just rice), and the portion of fish was small for the charge. One other thing that was odd about the experience. We were there for about a half hour, and while they had a steady stream of customers, I was the only woman. I don't think I've ever been in that situation before, and it felt really creepy. While that's probably not the restaurant's fault, I was so uncomfortable that I don't want to go back, and I especially wouldn't go back if I were alone.

The scallops were perfectly seared, incredibly tender, and simply melted in my mouth. The beet salad was just as amazing, and our waiter, who seemed to have been working there for years, was so warm and genuinely friendly. I visit St. George every time I go on vacation, and it makes me so happy to keep discovering wonderful little restaurants like this one. We ordered the fresh caught special. My partner ordered their steak. Our server was great and answered all my questions. It was a perfect evening. Pros: we had to change our reservations last minute to an hour later and they were so accommodating. They gave us a bowl of in-house made ice cream to celebrate our anniversary, it was very sweet and special for them to do that. Both our dishes were perfect, the French onion soup was really good. I loved their fresh baked bread too. The blueberry crème brûlée was divine. Cons: this place was a bit hard to find. The signs telling you where to go were confusing.
