Unfortunately, communication was very difficult because the staff did not speak English. The therapist had me lie on my side, which is normal during pregnancy, but she never had me switch sides during the entire massage. As a result, only the left side of my body was massaged since I was laying on my right side the whole time. I tried to communicate that I needed to switch sides, but she could not understand me. I left feeling worse than when I came in because one side of my body felt loose while the other side was still tight and sore from lying on it for an hour. To make the experience even more uncomfortable, when I left the massage room I asked where the restroom was. I used it quickly (less than a minute), and when I came out the woman from the front desk was waiting outside the restroom door and immediately asked, "Something wrong?" I said no, I just needed to use the restroom. She then said, "No tip? Where your tip?" before I had even returned to the front desk. The entire situation felt very uncomfortable and unprofessional. I would not return and would not recommend this place, especially for anyone who is pregnant and may need clear communication with their massage therapist. I visited March 3 around 1 pm
