I pay $1069 a month in condo fees, fighting mites, and difficult to live in my first home. $8,000 for different exterminators plus all the medical issues from being attacked. Over 200 owners and we hired a local law firm and going to Seven on Your Side to get our horrific living conditions out in the public domain. Maybe it's just me but so often when I call a service provider they are wide of the mark for timeliness, for pest control, appliance repair, HVAC techs, what have you. Anthony was right on time and wore his booties. He checked out the situation and told me what I did and didn't need. Because my issues are coming from the kitchen and my kitchen is being remodeled in two weeks, he recommended to do nothing at this time and explained to me why I saw the mouse I did, that he was acting erratic because he encountered some of the rat poison and it messed him up and he is probably going off to die now, which felt reassuring. He didn't charge me anything for coming, which I'm always surprised and impressed with. Anthony is super friendly and personable, I never know if I will feel uncomfortable having a male tech come to the house when my boyfriend isn't home, but he just seems like a nice normal man you can easily have a conversation with. We wound up getting three estimates and they also happened to be the lowest cost. Also, another company said the inspector forgot to say that he saw termites, which would be an additional cost, so I had PMSI inspect for that while they were treating for ants and he was honest and said there were no signs of termites.
