Joe Rossi came by and did a thorough inspection of my kitchen and sealed off possible gaps, holes, and entryways that he located. Now my mind is more at ease that my cats won't have a new (living) toy to play with. Joe was incredibly friendly, did a great job of explaining what he saw upon his inspection, and how he was going about fixing problem areas, and the cost was incredibly reasonable. I was frustrated with this service after spending a few hundred dollars on a package and taking time off work for multiple visits to essentially have no resolution to my problem and no advice for further steps. I was out money not only for the exterminator, but for a video camera and furniture that I ended up throwing out. Pros: were flexible with scheduling; showed up when they said they would and were careful not to make a mess; seemed knowledgeable Cons: never caught a mouse or found where they were coming in; I had to insist that they plugged holes; I felt like they essentially gave up and even seemed to doubt when I continued to find mouse droppings. read more

There's a rat in our house. Now it's possible that we have rats, but if I accepted that they were plural, then I'd have no choice but to set fire to the whole building and move. We actually rent and the original big company pest control guy hired by management basically just through some glue paper down and shrugged. I am a city guy. I do not fear being mugged or terrorism. But rats surprising me while I'm walking in the kitchen terrifies me. I emailed Rossi on Friday. Joe responded and we made an appointment for today. He arrived on time, did a thorough inspection, identified entry points, laid out an action plan and did not judge me for wanting to move. Take all of my money, Rossi Brothers. The Rossi Brothers are very responsive & awesome. And their rates are the best in this area (I called several places). I had two yellow jacket nest in the landscape timbers in the back yard. Jack came the same day I called. He put his secret sauce in both nest and one of the nest was eliminated. The other one came back so I texted Jack and he came out that day and was able get inside the wood and remove the nest. The nest was pretty big (see Photo). They spent 45 minutes thoroughly inspecting 4 floors and all around our 4 unit condo in NE DC. Provided alternative quotes based on our request - both of which were very reasonable compared to the other three providers' quotes we got. Incredibly competent, lots of experience, responsive via text/email/phone. Came out and took care of the treatment/prevention within a week and in less than 3 hours on a Saturday. Oh and helpfully sealed up a gap in one of our external a/c lines at no charge. And so so KIND!! Outstanding and could not recommend them more.
