In my 50+ years of owning nice cars, I have always been meticulous about the paint and overall condition of my vehicles. I have unfortunately had to deal with accident repairs and each time I was uncomfortable leaving my pristine vehicle in the hands of a chaotic and dirty shop with employees to match. I worried I would come out with new surface scratches or stains inside the vehicle while concerned the mechanical, panel and paint work would be just like new again. I know this is not an easy business, but their goal is to maximize profit while mine was to restore my vehicle properly and carefully. With only 214 miles on it, I had damage to my brand-new Lexus es 350 Ultra Luxury in Eminent Pearl White driver door. I researched the internet and spoke to friends in the auto insurance business asking them where they would take their car. Mid Island came up every time and they are Lexus OEM Certified ! This certification gave me the final confidence to engage with them. Their shop was 50.1 miles away from my home, but this did not matter as I was seeking the best in the business not the nearby neighborhood body shop. Upon arrival at Mid Island in Rockville Centre, I was impressed by the size and setting of the buildings, yes buildings. It was immediately apparent; this is not your usual body shop. I was greeted by Brian the Manager in the office area, which was clean and neat. Brien is a complete gentleman, the shop was not disorderly and inside were far more expensive cars than mine. In conclusion, the work exceeded my high expectations. It came out BEAUTIFUL. Both my car and I were treated with respect and TLC and while I hope never to need body work again, I will only return to Brain and Mid Island Collision. For all of the above and more I am pleased to give them a 5 Star review.

After getting into a car accident that unfortunately wasn't my fault, I contacted my dealership and had my car brought to Mid-Island Collision the very same day. From the moment it arrived, Chelsea was incredible to work with. She acted immediately to get everything moving and made sure the process was handled quickly and efficiently. While others involved in the process were slow and delayed, Mid-Island Collision was the complete opposite. They stayed on top of everything and kept me informed every step of the way. I received constant updates through text messages and emails about the status of my car, which made the entire experience stress-free. The staff there is absolutely amazing and truly goes above and beyond for their customers. When I picked up my vehicle, not only was the repair done flawlessly, but they also took the extra time to detail the car beautifully. It honestly looked better than when I dropped it off. If you're looking for quality work, exceptional service, and a team that genuinely cares, I highly recommend Mid-Island Collision Centers in Lynbrook. They delivered a top-tier experience from beginning to end. Five stars all the way.

After a couple of days a coworker mentioned to me that I need air in my tire. I figured there must be a small leak in one of the tires because I had just put air in the tire. Called K&K Auto & Tire and they told me to come down whenever to look at the tiers. The man on the phone was friendly and told me to take my time getting there. So already I felt better about bringing my car there. Once I arrived at K&K I walked right in and they were able to help me. It turns out I didn't need air in the tiers, but because the spot I was parked in at work was on a slant it gave the illusion that the tire was low on air. After putting a little bit more air in all my tiers I wasn't charged for anything and was on my way, with tip of course. Great customer service! It was fast and I appreciate that they didn't charge me for taking up their time with a false alarm tire repair. Bottom Line: Great customer service! I will defiantly be back when I actually have a to replace my tires!

I called Mercedes to see if they do body work and they recommended me to a collision place "they use". After reading their reviews, I knew I was NOT going there. I did a search and found a Touch of Class Collision. I called, and the staff was friendly attentive and caring. The young man who drove me to the rental place was so friendly and professional as well. Yesterday, 4 February, I finally picked up my car. It took a while but that was because the other insurance company took their time to get adjusters etc. When I got there, Gabe came out to greet me, they pulled my Alpine white, 300C up and I was floored. It looked like a brand new car, like it had come out of the showroom. Gabe explained the work they did and that the impact was much more that it showed superficially. The inside was spotless, the trunk, glove compartment everything was just spotless and so clean. This morning my dad went to charge the battery and he said even the engine is spotless and so clean. The body is shiny and brand new looking and they also left a tube of paint just in case:). I highly recommend A Touch of Class Collision. Gabe is super and the staff is amazing. I have to admit I originally came here out of necessity. Commuting out of the Malverne train station for work Monday-Friday, I needed a place to drop off my car within walking distance of the station. It seems like Jerry and the team at Towne Service Station almost build their business hours around this principle (opening at 7am and closing at 6pm, which is a bit early of a closing time for most commuters but enough to accommodate many). Better yet, they're right across the street from the train station. Three times now I've had to bring my car in and have chosen Towne Service each time (with the idea of dropping my car off on my way into work and picking it up on the way home). Each time I called right at 7am and was told to bring my car in on my way to the train station, and each time my car was ready for pickup in time for my commute home. Better yet, the job is done right (fixed on the first shot) with only a small hole taken out of my wallet. I've never been upsold, underpromised, or unsatisfied. Old-fashioned car service at its best.
