    Vietnamese meatball banh mi
    Thommy S.

I thought it was a pretty average spot. You just go up to the counter and order your food or drinks, and they bring it out to you. I got the iced Vietnamese coffee. One thing I do give them, their drinks are pretty big. The cup was pretty tall. I also tried the Vietnamese meatball banh mi (banh mi xiu Mai). I didn't think it was bad. I thought it was pretty average. The banh mi was pretty long compared to the area where I'm from. The meat part wasn't actually meatballs itself. The meats looked broken down. I also tried their pho special combination. I didn't think it was bad.

Great service not great flavor. I wanted it to be tasty but it wasn't. I have not tried the drinks which looked good but probably won't be back.

Warning.!!!! Don't come here! The food is sooo terrible. Service like shit!!!!! And very expensive. I have never been to a restaurant that was this bad.

The name says Saigon Spice - there is no spice and I don't even like much spice. So that says something. You order from a kiosk. No atmosphere. Expensive. One bowl of Pho at lunch was $17.99 and tea was $4.99. Glad I tried it but not sure they will make it. Hate I couldn't give it 5-Stars.

Really great Pho, Bun and Banh Mi's. I love Vietnamese food and can say this is one of the best I've had. My only reason for not doing 5 starts was the temp of the restaurant was HOT. They need to keep it a little cooler.

Great food and pleasant professional staff. I regularly get their shrimp spring rolls for lunch as they're a delicious healthy option.

I feel like there's something for everyone- whether a smoothie/açaí bowl, poke, boba/drinks, or other fun a East Asian snacks, definitely can find something everyone loves Service was great! Really quick, everyone was super nice and patient. Poke- absolutely fresh and amazing. I did a build my own bowl, you get three protein scoops of your choice. They give you such generous amounts of super fresh proteins, I was so impressed I felt like each bite I was able to get some fish. You can absolutely taste the freshness of the food, it was so delicious that's all my boyfriend and I could muster out in words in between chews. I have poke probably once a week where I'm at haha, this is definitely one of the top places I've had poke at! We also got their new spam musubi's! When I typically have spam musubi's, sometimes I feel like I have a weird spam aftertaste or the sauce doesn't mesh as well- but theirs was so delicious. Harmonious flavors, still salivating while writing this review days later! We also got their açaí bowl and it was super yum. We took it to-go on the beach and it was still pretty solid/frozen when we got there. Again- super fresh, and very delicious.

I got an extra scoop of salmon that came with it or I could've gotten a third protein. You can get it with rice, brown rice greens and I think there was a couple other options. Their menu is very easy and very clear to understand and read which made a very helpful and not overwhelming. Everything was labeled perfectly and very quick and fast efficient service I got my Poké bowl on a bed of greens. As you can see, I added a few extra toppings and that was extra like the avocado, seaweed salad and mango, but the mango was actually not ready and crunchy and hard. It did not taste very good at all! I also got a passionfruit Boba tea with lychee. This cost me $25 for both . Everything was packaged very perfectly and my drink looks phenomenal and tasted great.. The staff, they were very kind very quick. The environment was very clean and very kept. It's a very tiny shop. They were out of napkins, so you just had to use a paper towel roll. That was kind of inconvenient since everyone else is grabbing to rip a piece off . I happily enjoyed my visit overall ! Will be back thank You for making it a good experience!

The decor looked fun and customer service was good. The girl behind the register was patient with us when we asked questions. They were out of some of their holiday specials like the Okinawan milk tea and mocha peppermint drinks :( but it's okay! We tried some other flavors! They also had some baked goodies like brownies and the soft, spongy cheesecakes. I got the honeydew milk tea and it was good, a bit too sweet for my liking but it's my fault. Should have asked for less sweetness. The milk tea was a little chalky and I saw some sediment at the bottom. It wasn't mixed thoroughly it looks like. The taste reminded me of the melona ice cream bars or the melon milk drink! The tapioca balls were perfect! Flavorful, bouncy, and chewy! It usually comes with apple jelly but I opt for just tapioca. The rest of my family enjoyed their drinks! I would come back and try other flavors! Was pretty bummed they were out of their holiday specials but I'll make sure to catch them next time!

As for the sushi it was fresh & delicious. I really enjoyed the food I got from here and I would eat here again if I can back in town. This review really is between 3-4 stars but the reason I'm going with 3 is because the way they seat you is pretty confusing & inefficient. You have to order prior to being seated which cramps the entrance and slows down people trying to pick up a to-go order. Which that being said.. I WOULD 100% recommend this place to anyone into looking for a good dinner.

The restaurant's ambiance perfectly captured the essence of Thailand. We were seated quickly and received the menu. From the menu, we decided to try Iced Thai Tea, Summer Rolls, Wonton Soup, Basil Fried Rice, Pad Drunken, and Garlic & Black Pepper. We began with Thai Tea, which was excellent, tasting like local tea prepared well. The Wonton Soup was equally impressive, a delicious and comforting hot soup that everyone in our group thoroughly enjoyed. These two were the best dishes of the night. Our food order soon arrived, but the portions were quite small compared to the prices we paid. Furthermore, the amount of protein was extremely limited; our dish contained only 3-4 small pieces of chicken. The taste of some of the dishes, for example, Basil Fried Rice and Garlic and Black Pepper, was bland, which was another disappointment of the night. From the ratings and ambiance, the restaurant looked amazing, but the food was disappointing.

Cool little spot, located directly across the street from the town center area, on the beach side. Simple, small menu, which in this case is exactly the right move. It's clearly intentional, because the quality and flavor of everything we tried was next level. We ordered the wings, chicken fried rice, brisket buns, brussels sprouts, dumplings and thanks to meeting Whitley, one of the founders, we also got to try the Bang Bang Shrimp. Honestly, I don't know if we just showed up at the perfect time or he's just a very present owner (probably both), but he came out, we started chatting, and it turned into him sitting with us for a bit. Such an approachable, genuinely kind person. He somehow turned our very introverted group into a bunch of chatterboxes. That alone made the experience unforgettable, and now I can't imagine coming back to Seaside without stopping here. Wishing him much success, clearly a passionate owner. And... Not me writing a review right now, I usually don't, but this one deserved it. So, let's talk food: Wings: Absolutely delicious. Only complaint... sticky fingers Dumplings: The best I've ever had, no exaggeration. Meaty, flavorful, and that sauce? Wow. Chicken Fried Rice: My picky eater daughter stole half, which says everything. Next time I'm getting it with shrimp on top, no question. Big-Back this one, trust me, GET THE SHRIMP ON TOP. Brisket Cheese Buns: My health-conscious mother-in-law couldn't stop eating it... and it wasn't even hers . Brussels Sprouts: I hate Brussels sprouts. Or at least I thought I did. Something happened in that kitchen because I actually loved these. Still processing that one; perhaps a glitch in The Matrix Bang Bang Shrimp: So good it'll make you want to turn into Plankton and steal the recipe. Fair warning, there's a kick to it. Yeah... safe to say I'll be back
