Visiting from out of towN, but get my nails done every two weeks. I have natural nails; some have broken down shorter but salons can always add a tip or build it up with the acrylic. I always get the same shape, but cut down and fill in with acrylic and gel on top. This salon was the weirdest experience I have ever had. I got to the salon at 11 and didn't leave until 1:20. The salon was not very busy. I was finally seen by soMeone just to take my polish off at 12 and then 1215 was started on my nails. So another hour just to paint, and add acrylic. She did my left hand with acrylic put everything away and then started to buff it out and then went to the right hand and realized she didn't do the right hand. When she was filing my nails she had my hand contorted toward her in the most awkward position. She also grabbed the wrong color but I didn't know *for sure* so I didn't say anything (you know how they can look different in bottle compared to swatch). But I had taken a picture and sent color to my husband and checked it after leaving and it definitely was the wrong color. She also painted the middle of every nail and then did the uv light and then painted the sides instead of painting the whole nail twice. Nails are already chipping and I got them done 2 days ago. When I was there 2 people also came in to get their nails fixed free of charge bc tips had broken off/paint chipped. Someone also was getting a pedicure and had to ask them to hurry bc they had to leave/ had taken too long- and she had beeN there before I got there! For a pedicure! Oh also was asked if I wanted my nails cut down and I said yes, cut them down as much as they grew. I never know when they are going to cut them down- everyone does it in a different order. But she didn't cut them down AT ALL. After being there for close to 2.5 hours I was so over it I wasn't going too mention it. My nails do not look "bad" but I will have to get them cut down and wIll change polish bc I do not like this color, when I get back home. I would never return to this salon again after the experience read more

I have had many pedicures, but Saigon pedis are my favorite! Always our go to...they are very professional and attentive!

I was getting disenchanted with my current nail salon so I thought I'd give this place a try based on the good reviews. They were warranted! The place is clean and the service is excellent. It is run by a Mom and her two daughters so it has a lovely 'family owned' aura.... This will be my regular nail salon moving forward! read more

Stopped by this salon due to their excellent reviews-they did not disappoint. My nail tech was Harmony-she was friendly, attentive and a perfectionist! She did an outstanding job-trimmed my cuticles, shaped my nails exactly as I wanted, and took her time. Will definitely visit this place again and request Harmony! read more

Got pedicure and manicure for 4 at 6pm. they took their time and did exactly what we wanted! This will be our new nail place!

Throughly disappointed in my recent experience with Saigon. This used to be my go to nail salon but once the dip powder began to chip/crack.. I stopped. I decided to give them another chance after a few months. My first two experiences went great. But this last experience left a terrible impression. My nails immediately chipped on my right hand within 1-2 days. I had gone out of town and was not able to make it back to the salon until 3 days later. They happily fixed my nails on my right hand (which were unfortunately left shorter than my left hand but w/e). It was storming terribly that day so I went straight home. That's when I realized my nails were the wrong color! They did not match my left hand. I call again and they apologized.. offered to fix.. again. They said they were going to charge me 35 dollars (full set is 45) for a color change on ONE hand. Which in my opinion was their mistake. I told them the color and they grabbed the wrong container. I offered to pay for half a full set. They said no. It's 35 and that's a courtesy. Guess what. It's been 2 days, and my nails on my right hand chipped again. And this is a different color! I am never going back. read more

They did an okay job. It was my first time here as I live in Houston and was just visiting my family on vacation. They did not do a very good job on my toes and yanked out my ingrown toes causing bleeding and big gaps between skin and nails. I opted out of getting my nails done after she finished my pedicure. No thanks. read more

Beyond fabulous. Pedicures are heavenly and Eve does the best nails ever. The staff is friendly, attentive, and accommodating. Just do yourself a favor and go. You can thank me later. read more

I went in today to get a full set done. I called at 3 and asked if they could squeeze me in at 5 and they said no problem. I got there early and didn't have to wait long. Tracy did a wonderful job! She is definitely a perfectionist and made sure my nails were perfect. Everyone was very super nice. The place itself is clean and does not smell like a typical nail salon. I would recommend it to anyone and plan to get a pedicure next! read more

Saigon Spa & Nails - Beautiful work by Tracy - Nail Salons Near Me - Bastrop, Texas

This past weekend my bridal party all came in to get our nails done. The staff was friendly, quick, and did a killer job. All of our nails looked amazing and they were kind enough to document it for us. I highly recommend giving them a go. read more

Went looking for a new place to get my pedi done and I found the place. I went in on a Wednesday morning no wait time at all, was greeted when I arrived asked to sign in, choose a color and immediately got in a pedi chair. There was about 3 other customers in the salon. They asked if I wanted something to drink it was only 11:15 so I got water but didn't get other options either so don't know what else is available. Annie did my pedicure she is beyond polite and extremely great at what she does. I also got my eyebrows waxed by Elly I believe was her name she also did a great job. The salon itself is a little crowded but still makes the perfect ambient to relax. I Will definitely be returning. read more

My sister and I had a spa day today so we went to our regular spot and Elly did an incredible job on my pedicure today! I got the Ice Dancer pedicure and added a hot stone massage and 10 minutes of extra massage. I'm so relaxed - she does a wonderful massage!!! And my nails are perfect. I highly recommend!!!! read more

The location is convenient however the sanitary practices of the place could be improved. While I was getting service there were other people's nail clippings all over the work place as well as fake and acrylic nail clippings on the floor. They were out of a lot of the colors I wanted to do my nails, and some nails do not look symmetrical. The technicians were very nice and personable though. read more

I had been to this Salon when it was Love Nails and wasn't really impressed. But now they're under new management, and let me tell you. THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO! Eve was GREAT. And all the other ladies were so sweet and friendly. My nails are exactly what I wanted and I will definitely be going back! read more

Saigon Spa & Nails - Matte white and holographic. Love it. Thanks Eve! - Nail Salons Near Me - Bastrop, Texas

I would like to start this out with saying I'm not one to leave bad reviews, ever. I have tried this place out multiple times with multiple different providers. I went once awhile ago and scheduled a "soak off" with them. The provider used a nail tip and began prying the acrylic off my nails which was painful and left my nails looking disgusting for months. Even though I could've done that at home for free, they still charged me $10. Fast forward a couple years and I decided to try them out again. I've been 2 other times now and I got a full set of acrylics with Karime and they turned out amazing. She's super sweet and does great work. I went back again today to get the acrylic removed and the provider I had today tried to pry my nails off again with a nail tip. I stopped her and politely asked her to please use acetone and cotton balls to remove them and told her last time I did that it was very painful and it destroyed my natural nails. She told me that my nails were "lifting" and that it would be faster for her to use the tip. I asked her once again to please use the cotton balls and acetone, which is what a soak off is, not prying my nails off. She did the soak off but didn't seem too happy about it. They charged me $10 which I know isn't much but every other nail salon that I've been to doesn't charge for nail removal if it's their work. I'm back home now and looking at my nails there's still acrylic on my nails which I didn't notice at first when I was still there. Once again, another $10 + tip wasted just to have crappy nails. read more

Went in this morning for manicure and pedicure and they got very busy. I was shuffled around and the guy doing my nails seemed to be in a very big hurry and my nails look horrible. Very disappointing so needs less to say. $ down the drain read more

Tracy is a experienced nail technician and very forthcoming with information regarding nail care. She by far is the best at what she does. Tracy listened to my wants and executed perfectly. I am very picky and a perfectionist and she exceeded my expectations. read more

What can I say but AWESOME!! Family business that is run very professionally and does an amazing job with mani/pedi newbies like me! I will be coming back! read more

So the one star is cause me and my friend went here to get nails and the man who did hers was just straight up rude to her. Like she'd ask for something and he was being so mean to her. Then in the end her nails didn't even turn out good. She hates them. We have prom in two days as well. As much as hers sucked mine were decent. They usually do better but this was not good. read more

I had nails put on while on vacation in another state and pretty crappy job was done by the salon I had gone to. Desperate for a clean up job I walked into Saigon Nail Salon without an appointment. Tracy was able to take me and she did a beautiful job filling in, reshaping and coloring my nails. She is confident in her work, very friendly and funny. I highly recommend coming here for nail work. read more

I came in at 7:30p to make an appointment for the next day, knowing they were about to close. They were so kind to get me a pedicure at that time instead of waiting. They are so nice and the pedicure was fabulous! The salon is professional and clean, and it's very nice to know it's a family run business. I will definitely be here from now on! read more

I don't live in Bastrop (I have family there) but I kind of wish I did just so I could go to this salon. I went there on Saturday with my cousin and sister in law and oh my gosh they do AN AMAZING JOB. Everyone who works there is so nice, they obviously take great pride in their work, and the work they do is incredible. I've never had a manicure last me this long (yeah even with gel -- my nails tend to reject polish) and my nails still look great. They also do lots of cool nail effects like chrome, jewels, nail art, etc. If you're in Bastrop, hit them up! It's not cheap, but it's worth it! read more

Terrible experience there today. A year ago my review was good. Things change. The service was impersonal and even after complaining and asking to speak with owner, she was too busy all day. The salon is closed and no call either. Overcharged bigtime, the pedicure I got is terrible, the receptionist without training painted then gouged my big toenail and the whole experience was bad. I will never go back and will not recommend this place to anyone. Overpriced and unprofessional. There was a nail tech sleeping in a pedicure chair for the two and half hours I was there read more

Very pleased with the service. I am a former manicurist and am extremely picky about letting anyone do my nails and these ladies were very thorough and much friendlier than the average nail salon. I will be returning. read more

I've only ever had 2 great manicures, and one came from Tracy here at Saigon Nails! So glad I don't have to travel to Chicago anymore :)

I don't understand why they are rated so high. We made an appt. right before Christmas for pedi and nails. 45 min later still sitting in chair hadn't been touched. I just ended up getting a pedi because of time worst one I've ever had. First and last time here. read more

Very clean. Friendly. All the staff wear Matching uniform shirts and use quality products. Feels like a much higher end spa and not just a strip center nail place. Quality services. Will return for sure. read more

I love their nail technicians, Don & Helen, BUT their gel polish, well, ...sucks. Again, Don & Helen are awesome, but after 2 Gel mani's that peeled off 7 days later, I'm about to give up. I wondered why the gel pedi was $10+ cheaper than other Bastrop salons. I wouldn't mind paying more just to be able to keep going to Don & Helen, but again... read more

Very clean, organized and friendly. Waited on right when I came in. I will definitely be back in the near future!

I received a pedicure from this nail salon and my polish chipped two days later. They reuse their instruments and I don't think they properly sterilize them because I came down with an infection in my toe, which I'm now taking antibiotics for. Horrible experience. read more

I don't know what more to say... I swear every time I come in it's the same thing... I come in having such a stressful week and as soon as I sit down to do my pedicure it's just HEAVEN with the massage chair and I love how they take their time on my feet it's so relaxing and just so worth it as an Entrepreneur I leave from there and I feel positive again, motivated and just ready to go on with my week As for many wonderful women who just want to relax and forget about your problems from home this is the place to go guarantee you this place you can call home . read more

I guess they must be quit wonderful. I have been ask to come back later 3 times because they were so too busy to get to me.

if i could give this place zero stars i would. i've set appointment after appointment and still the owner will tell me they don't have time for me. the few times i've actually been helped have been some of the worst manicures i've ever received and when politely ask to fix it i get yanked and have my own hand thrown at me. the customer service here is the absolute worst and i would never again recommend this place to anyone read more

Ok first I have to tell you, i'm 33 years old and after a friend plucked my eyebrows away in high school I have had a hard time growing them back ever since. I'm getting married on Saturday and the girl doing my makeup mentioned eyebrow tinting. I called Saigon and asked if I could come in for them to look at my brows and see what could be done. I walked in and Tracy right away said that tinting wouldn't help but we could at least wax and get them shaped a bit. My brows are already pretty thin and I have some scars from accidents so they are already a hot mess. They also take me about 5-7 min every morning to fill in with powder so I wasn't expecting much. Tracy was awesome! She cleaned them up in about 5 min and you know what??? Once I got back to the car I filled them in right then and there! IN UNDER 1 MINUTE!!! Tracy is bomb.com! Not only was she honest about tinting (not trying to get me to spend money I didn't have to spend) but she did a great job with the waxing! I'm going back tomorrow to get my nails and toes done for the wedding so I'll update then, but I'm sure it's going to be great! Love this place!!! Thanks Tracy!!! :) read more
