No, just no. Not happy with my set. $55 for this? One good thing is that I went around 5 and was seated quickly since there was only one other lady getting her nails done. I would not come here again if this man is going to do my nails. Zero confidence even with the reference picture I showed him. Tried giving him the benefit of the doubt but everything he did just made me doubt him more and more until I was just unhappy. He did everything very rushed and not usually how my experiences have been in the past when getting nails, he ended up leaving before he was done, no word to me the entire time besides what I wanted in the beginning. read more

Worst ever!! First off when I walked In the smell was horrible! It smelled like sewer water. I picked my color and sat down. The man who greeted me started running the water for my pedi and the water was cold. He had to completely drain it and start over. I chose the $50 pedicure which was supposed to come with drinks, but no one offered me a drink. The guy who did my pedi did a horrible and rushed job. Never ever ever again!! I had the most inappropriate experience here. The massage therapist eavesdropped on my conversation while I was getting a pedi with my friend and came over, telling me that the man I was going to marry on the following Saturday wasn't ready and it won't last. She literally said 3 years, tops. Who does this? That was not okay. My pedicure was great but I am furious. I went this passed Sunday for a pedicure and did the dipping powder for my manicure! I did the deluxe pedicure which was worth EVERY cent! I felt so relaxed and almost fell asleep! My feet look spectacular!!! I have gone to other places and was super unhappy with the way my nails looked because I'm picky... but at hot stone spa I have no complaints about my nails!!! In town from Houston for a wedding. Big city prices, small town service. The salon was clean, and the staff were perfectly nice. I had a pedicure and gelish manicure. I was charged $60, and $22 for a plain manicure for my daughter. They polished my toe nails before applying the lotion and massage as well as doing my gelish Polish before the massage. I've never had it done that way before and found it hard to relax worrying my Polish would be smeared in the process. Over all it felt a little rushed even though when we arrived the salon was empty. My Polish isn't perfect but it is adequate. I go to one of the nicer salons in Houston and pay a little less for a lot better service. Got my nails done Mother's day weekend and finally remembered to leave this... Tan is AMAZING. I purchased the $30 pedicure, and you would have thought I received the most expensive one. I was seen by a man who had FUNGUS on his nails, he didn't use gloves, was not friendly at all. My polish chipped while I was still sitting in the chair, I asked him if could fix it and he said "It's going to cost you more." He ended up charging my $3 to fix my nail.. My pedicure was crap and I paid $50 for an acrylic fill with gel polish, really that's the rate for a full set of SNS OR OMBRE, that just makes no sense $50 for a fill ‍. Came for a simple manicure and paid $20 for something that was NOT worth $20. They did not soak my hands to soften my nail beds, give me lotion, or trim/cut the cuticles. They didn't even ask if I wanted my nails cut. All they did was file my nails aggressively and sloppily apply polish. I've paid $15 before at locations and had a way better experience. I am extremely disappointed and I do not recommend coming here. read more

So the pickings are pretty slim in Bastrop and I don't want to be too harsh but $85 for a mani pedi is ridiculous. I don't get any hot stones or wax... just a shellac mani and pedi. The word is that they got busted for not having a license. I went to check it out for myself and just see what their violations were. It was like a tomb in there, not inviting or relaxing and the service was horrible. The facial lady and hair lady have moved out. Can't blame them! I will be moving on to another place as well. Horrible experience. We had never been here before but called and made appointments for three ladies on a Saturday afternoon, or we were told on the phone that yes we could make appointments. We told what services we wanted and they said see you at one. Well we go in and say we have an appointment for ******** and they say have a seat. We stand because they only have a few seats and they are full. Person after person taken and we wait, when they finally start taking us they set us a tables and/or seat us in foot tubs the then go and start working on other clients. one at a time they start us and the ones in the foot tubs soak for 20 minutes before anyone come to start, when they do start they fly through without even asking what type of service they would like. When we go for more of the services we called earlier in the day for they say ' You will have to wait, we are busy" we relay we have appointments and are told "We don't take appointments!
