The staff who assisted me did a wonderful job, and followed directions for what I needed done. Same for my friend she wanted her nails short, and they kept confirming the length as they went. They offer drinks, I got a water and she got a tequila sunrise. They have liners for the foot tubs and I got the Aroma pedicure. I had over 45 minutes until they closed for my pedicure but she acted like the building needed to be evacuated! I asked for them to cut my nails as short as possible and apply a nude polish, which they were able to do. The nail technician was very detail-oriented, but there was one nail that needed the polish reapplied at least twice, which ended up taking more time than expected. Overall, I think they did a decent job. However, the nails weren't cut as short as I would have liked, and after about a week, they started growing back a little too long for my comfort. I ended up trimming them down myself at home, but since I went with a basic polish, it wasn't a problem. It was a good experience overall, but I'd appreciate a bit more attention to detail on the length next time.
