Lately, though, I've been feeling frustrated with how quickly my nails grow, and I just needed a break from the heavy gel polish and the more intricate nail art. I wanted to keep it simple with short nails that were practical for my daily tasks -- typing, writing, etc. With my busy schedule, I was looking for a quick salon that I could drop into, and I happened to stop by this place because they were open. I asked for them to cut my nails as short as possible and apply a nude polish, which they were able to do. The nail technician was very detail-oriented, but there was one nail that needed the polish reapplied at least twice, which ended up taking more time than expected. Overall, I think they did a decent job. However, the nails weren't cut as short as I would have liked, and after about a week, they started growing back a little too long for my comfort. I ended up trimming them down myself at home, but since I went with a basic polish, it wasn't a problem. It was a good experience overall, but I'd appreciate a bit more attention to detail on the length next time.
